Unhealthy looking Veins/Arteries

Ive noticed since doing jelqing and stretching the skin that Ive gotten lots of purple little arteries. Are these burst blood vessels?? How are they caused? Ive seen pics of people who have jelqed and they do not have these purple little cracks in the skin. There abit like what u see on an old mans face, purple veins or arteries. I think my penis probably looks like a 30 yr olds cock, Im only 19. I have alot of these arteries on the left hand side of my penis and that side is less stretchy.

Is it caused from not warming up properly or squeezing to hard?
Or does everybody get them?
Its not like a blue vein(which I have gotten one straight down the middle of my penis and it actually looks ok. These dont look healthy!?

They wound like damaged vessels. Perhaps you squeeze too tightly. The idea behind jelqing is to increase the pressure over what a normal erection produces but not so much that you rupture vessels.
