now i dont know if i am spelling it right but meh you should understand , now i read somewhere that the tunicia is made up of different layers an some people have more layers then others , an the ones with the least layers would see gains the fastest e.g. 1 layer an people with 3 layers would have a really hard time making gains if impossible. now is there any way to find out which type of tunicia you have?
