I have developed a breathing method that I apply in my weight lifting sessions, that i thought would be a good idea to apply to Penis Enlargement. This can be used in any and probably every stretch possible.
My trainer is a phyiscal therapist along with a kinesiologist, and has used this triple threat breathing on all of his clients and has said that it will almost double the time to increase muscle size, which is the reason im expirimenting in Penis Enlargement. Im going to take Zulu's Sit-up Stretch (if you dont know how to do the sit up stretch, just search for it).
1) lie on your back and take a deep breath in
2) exhale slowly while come up to your knees, as if you were doing a normal situp
3) CLENCH AS HARD AS POSSIBLE, in this case, stretch as hard has possible and reverse kegel hard too (reminiscient to the blaster) at the top of your sit up for about 5-10 seconds
4) sip some air in
5) exhale slowly while going back down and slowly release to normal stretching tension while going down.

and that is one rep. Remember, this must be all in fluent motion and it is just an expiriment but if all goes well, watch the length explode. I hope this worksfor you and me. Happy Penis Enlargement'ing!

it seems like it would work too, those sit-ups are hella hard after you do a few of them :) im certainly going to give this a try! :D very nice dude, usually when im doing a situps or ab oriented workouts my penis starts to shrink up.. :O

What does this mean? You just said it takes twice the time to increase muscle size.

Or Do you mean it cuts the time by half?
 
The situp method does't work, as you need to stretch a muscle under load to maximize muscle growth - as in the eccentric part of a repetition. For Penis Enlargement, it should be great - as you perform the breathing exercise while stretching the ligaments/tunica....
 
this breathing method can be used for any stretch in your personal workout. For me i have been using it lately for regular 12:00 tunica stretches, DLD blasters and even just basic stretching. Its a very versatile in this sense
 
Maiden, how do you do it for working out? (bodybuilding)

Seems like it'd be a good start for me to try the breathing method since I started working out.

to answer your question about the weightlifing.

Lets take simple bicep curls with dumbells for example. All you do is:
1) put the dumbells at your side
2) take a deep breath in
3) exhale slowly while you are bringing up the dumbell, on say..the left arm. Make sure you are exhaling the whole time while lifting the dumbell.
4) when u get to the top of the lift (you should be almost out of air) clench (flex) the bicep as hard as possible
5) sip in some air
6) exhale slowly, bring the dumbell down slowly and release the clench slowly all at the same time.

When your going to sip some air in, you should really be needing it, and thats when you know you did that part right.

The reason you should do this breathing instead of regular in and out breathing that people normally do when they weightlift is because with this breathing, you have consistant airflow in through your body and when you have that, it will self-promote more muscle tone and strength.

what it sounds like is your making your workout
ANAEROBIC... to create a "pump" in the muscles what you need besides carbs is oxygen. And if you are breathing all the way out and only slightly breathing in, not only are you tensing the muscles so a real stretch cannot physically happen (e.g. try stretching when you are very tense..impossible..ya gotta relax to stretch...reverse kegel = RELAXING THE MUSCLE) but, the muscles are not being oxygenated. You get tired because there is a build up of carbon in the muscle. Just like when we yawn....too much carbon build up because we are breathing not deep enough, so we yawn to get OXYGEN into the lungs. It is called a false positive sign in P.T.
HOW DO I KNOW....I am a physical therapist and in your sopHydromaxore year it is something you learn about in clinicals. Breathing IS very important...but the more relaxed you are the more you can stretch.....pure physics guys....read GRAYS ANATOMY and buy a kinesiology book if you don't wanna believe me............ t/c shojii

Actually I think that it is counterproductive to stretching for Penis Enlargement.
What I mean is: say that you are stretching your hamstrings. And you want to work into getting down into a split. Which way do you think is more PRODUCTIVE. Breathing all the way out and tensing your muscles so you have to "fight" against them OR relaxing and breathing deeply and slowly and allowing the muscles to just stetch and stretch all on their own. Thats what we are doing in Penis Enlargement, stretching the ligs and tendons we are just using a different muscle...lol
Don't get me wrong, if people want to try it go ahead BUT, my only point is and DLD explains it very well and simply with the reverse kegel. When you RK you have to relax. That is the whole basis with Penis Enlargement, relax stretch - relax stretch... I'm sure that I 'm getting redundant but, I do think the point is very important.
