Hi Guys,

Yesterday I had a intense P.e session only 100 or so regular /30 semi-hard jelqs,jels,10dualdry Jeqs,and a whole lot of sqweezes.

It left me with lots of tiny red dots ,and a slightly purple ring around my base from the ok grip.

my skin is slighty red from the purple ring all the way to the head.

So I'm a lil bruised and discoloured. No pain or discomfort.
My qestions are.

Are these signs that I'm jelqing,sqweezeing right?

Also, I wanted to know If it would be ok to P.E Today with my cock's current state?
 
It doesn't take long for those to heal. But you might want to cut back on the squeezes and just stick with the jelqing for a while. I would ease off some until the bruises are healed. It shouldn't be a problem if there is no pain. Just remember, sometimes "Easy Does It," works for P.E. too.
 
Hi bazookajoe,

the small red spots is a good sign that you are using good intesity. But the purple ones is something you should avoid.
Sometimes I get a little purple spot during workout if I have a small ingrown hair. It fades a way after a couple of hours.
But if I get one on a spot where I not have an ingrown hair, I usually take this as a sign of small bruising, because I used a little to much pressure during a session.
Theese spots fades in a couple of hours also, but I use them as a sign and use a little bit less power the next day.

Remember to always do your warmups and warmdowns before and after a girth session.
 
i find that the harder i am erect the more spots i get. i feel more comfortable jelqing with only about 70% erection. this way i also feel and see the expansion occuring within my penis.

make sure you are lubed up good too. that can play a factor in the formation of those dots. i guesse its a matter of finding the intensity that is right for you.

when u get the right amount of pressure, erection, and lube u can comfortably increase the amount of jelqs u do while avoiding thos pesky dots.

I just took today off. My better judgement stoped me from jelqing this morning.
The redness is gone now and the bruise from the grip is now light blue and fading away.

I really appriciate all your responces.Thanks for the info, I'm going to stretch,jelq tomorrow only a couple hundred strokes and lay off girth work untill I'm fully healed.

I have never seemed to get any blood spots (red or purple). I think I have only ever seen ONE! is this a sign I am not squeezing my jelqs hard enough and not pulling my stretches hard enough?
Or is it a sign my warm ups are being effective? I have never felt a sharp pain and I do feel my taking my warm ups seriously and for long enough (at least five mins) may be helping to keep things from bursting and tearing and also heals thing up faster!

i dont think the lack of red dots is necessarily a sign of low intensity. sharp pains are a no no IMO. if while doing jelqs you see your penis expand beyond its erect size you should be getting a good stretch.

I think you can achieve the results you want without getting bruising or red dots. I did. Keep doing what you are doing and don't worry about it.

Although the tiny red spots is something that you shouldn´t be scared of. If you only get small red spots, you can most definitly work out girth the day after also.
Just look out for the purple ones that usually is a little biger than the mall red dots.

Purple bruising isn't good I learned that the hard way. (I'm not in pain or unable to get hard )


I'm healing well but note during p.e i've never felt any sharp pain or any pain whatsoever only pressure or soreness from jelqing.
I'm still healing, I'm going to take today off too. ( this is good for me ,i heard that are dicks grow during our days off.)

I didn't think I could clamp as hard as I did with the standerd ok grip but man it's possible
so becarefull.

Me I try and make the red dots show because In my mind , I think I've moved blood around by doing that it's like a indicator that i'm doing something, but I believe 11x7 and wang know better then me so listen to them.

A word of advice Like DLD and everybody says don't try girth sessions if your new or you might bruise yourself like me.
I'm eagar for girth so thats what led me to do sweezes so soon. I'm learning that It's better to get all that I can from the stander jelq and stretches first then move up to the advanced tecqnices.

Fedora thanks man I needed that insight. I seem to get red dots alot.

Hey, How are you able to do so many wet jelqs in a session ? Are you stopping for a break,also what are you using as lube?

On average I do 200 or so but 200 good ones, should I do more or what? I'm confused.

I don't want to be lacking and missing the mark for gains.
 
i do 800 jelqs and as i mentioned in another thread lube is vaseline mixed with hand lotion. sometimes i need to reaply.

it depends on what kind of jelqs you do. i do 800 fast jelqs like 1-2 sec max so if you do slow jelqs the stretch you get may be comparable with less reps. when i started i would do 400 jelqs of lesser intensity than i do now (was very cautious when i started) then i gradually increased.

if you feel a nice stretch and/or are sore with 200 i say keep doing it until you no longer feel that same effect out of 200.

I´v never exatcly counted my jelqs in a session. I always measure in minutes jelquing instead. For the moment my girth routine includes a total of 25 min jelquing (about 2-3 s jelqs), but when I´ve first started Penis Enlargement I did a lot less in my routine. My lubrication has always been classic vaseline. I reply some extra when needed during a session.

I do 200 or so 2-8 secound jelqs sometimes so quick because I lose my rythem. I'm also between 50-90 % erect I do a few here and there at 20-40( (I don't include in the 200) erect but they aren't as good ,the jelqs seem to go quicker too.


I remember you posting about how you mix lotion and vasaline I tried it but I still had to reaply. It breaks my rythem when I have to reaply.

What are your thoughts on Canola oil? it's all i have thats super slick.

Man 800 in a session is nice,I hope I can get there one day.

Here is my routine on a average can you and the guys critique it if need be?

I warm up with a sock with rice in it for about 5-10( on average 5 minutes)
My lot is 6 o clock so i stretch all over where i get tug for about 5-10(8minutes on avaerage) during the day i stretch 6 o'clock because it feels good. ( it's almost like i'm stretching a rubberband.)


Then I do around 25-45 minutes jelqing ,,sqweezing,edging.( on average 25 minutes)on average I don't edge.)

I use, a&d ointment,vasaline,lotion.

What are thoughts on using cooking oils?

Is there anything that I'm not doing that are preventing me from gains?

it seems you could do some more stretching and a warm down as well. also try smacking your dick on your leg to get the blood flowing into it after you do the stretches if you dont already do so. imo you can never have too much stretching, especially when you are doing it manually and there are guys hanging weights and stretching their dick out for hours at a time.

you seem to be spending ample time on the jelqing and are careful with letting things heal. frankly, if you are consistant in your routine and have been doing it for at least a month i would expect some sort of gains and a bigger flaccid at the least.

Hi Wang

Jan 2 will be 30 days P.e'ing for me.

I forgot to mention my warm down. What I do is take a hot shower for a warm down.
I'll try and work two 8-10 minute stretching workouts into my routine a day.

I haven't measured in a few days so I don't know if i gained anything. Last time I checked my measurement I hadn't gained.( I'll keep you posted)

The good news is that I'm all healed up :). I can start jeqing again. Tonight I'll go at it.
