To fast of gains

Ive recentley been doing a exercise were I lay down on my bed flat on my back and grab my penis and point it towards my head and do like plyo pull.Like im trying to rip it off


I was 6.75 yesterday now I am 7.25 the other day.... How is that possible.. I did about 4000 of the pulls.
 
yesturday u were 6.75 and the OTHER DAY u were 7.25 so u lost .5 inch??? lol

if u meant it the other way around either u found a breakthrough in Penis Enlargement, measured differently, or had a harder boner the second time measuring.
 
Could you explain the exercise a little bit better? You lay on your back and pull your penis towards your head, and do a plyo pull? How exactly?
 
I know about the Plyo Blasters, I just want to know exactly how he goes about it for this exercise.

So you did that like 4000 times and gained half an inch in a day? Wow. Is that half inch still there? Did you measure any differently than before? I'm going to have to try this!
 
Its almost in the same position as the bench but its not really pulling upwards. Unfortunately I lost some of the gains but still have .25 hehe

At what percentage of force or jerk are you using when you pull up? Is is a very hard snap or more of a light stretch?
 
very hard snap...... I have to break it down into sets into the day because my arm gets to hard.... You can feel the lig being snapped at the most by dong this

Alright then do hold a reverse Kegel while doing these

I automatically do Reverse Kegels no matter what stretch I do so I always try to make it a point to say this when I post a stretching exercise. So if your able to do Reverse Kegels stretching is an ideal time to do so.
