My daily routine consist of a hot shower where I let my meat soak in the hot water to relax the tissue. As I let the water run on it for 2-3 minutes I begin to perform manual stretches in all directions. From there I turn the water off, baby oil up my meat, hands, then perform 50- 100 slow-medium paced jelqs. Once I reach the 100 mark I masturbate until I have an erection, then I begin to soap my body. Once my erection subsides I re-oil everything and start the process again for another 100 jelqs. After this 100 set I masturbate again until a full erection then begin to start shampooing my hair, scalp, and cleaning my member. After showering I dry up, stretch him out again while applying a coat of baby oil and keep him fully stretched as the baby oil soaks into the skin and dries. I really suck with measurement numbers so by the pics you guys may have a better accurate number then me.
My short term goal is 7.5"x 6" NBP and my long term goal is 8"x6.25-6.50" NBP.
My starting BPEL is a about 6.75" when fully erect, but it's hard staying fully erect while taking a picture. So to be tough on myself I'm going with 6.5"
My starting EG mid-shaft is 5.25"
My starting base girth is right around 5.90". Just a little under 6"
Also for reference I added a pic of my fat pad which is about 1". In addition to getting my member in shape I plan on getting my body back in shape and reducing my body-fat to single digit numbers or to 10% body-fat at the most. I feel this will play a huge part in the Non-bone press gains.
