My daily routine consist of a hot shower where I let my meat soak in the hot water to relax the tissue. As I let the water run on it for 2-3 minutes I begin to perform manual stretches in all directions. From there I turn the water off, baby oil up my meat, hands, then perform 50- 100 slow-medium paced jelqs. Once I reach the 100 mark I masturbate until I have an erection, then I begin to soap my body. Once my erection subsides I re-oil everything and start the process again for another 100 jelqs. After this 100 set I masturbate again until a full erection then begin to start shampooing my hair, scalp, and cleaning my member. After showering I dry up, stretch him out again while applying a coat of baby oil and keep him fully stretched as the baby oil soaks into the skin and dries. From there I keep him wrapped up in a stretch state with an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] and cover it up with a flaccid jackit so that it is extended all day long during the healing process. I keep it like this for 24 hours then wash, rinse, and repeat the next day. This is my current full routine, but I plan to add dry pumping soon since I already have a pump.

I really suck with measurement numbers so by the pics you guys may have a better accurate number then me.

My short term goal is 7.5"x 6" NBP and my long term goal is 8"x6.25-6.50" NBP.

My starting BPEL is a about 6.75" when fully erect, but it's hard staying fully erect while taking a picture. So to be tough on myself I'm going with 6.5"
My starting EG mid-shaft is 5.25"
My starting base girth is right around 5.90". Just a little under 6"

Also for reference I added a pic of my fat pad which is about 1". In addition to getting my member in shape I plan on getting my body back in shape and reducing my body-fat to single digit numbers or to 10% body-fat at the most. I feel this will play a huge part in the Non-bone press gains.

Excellent way to start! Lay it all in the open and begin with a pure, clear path to your desired size. This type of thread is the ones I take very seriously as you have put yourself out there. I admire your courage and I greatly look forward to your growth!
 
Didn't get a chance to do any jelqs today since I'm preparing for a new job tomorrow, but it will get done in the morning while showering. I still got a chance to use my heat pad and squeeze in some stretches with a 30 min pump session though.

Thanks. If I get fans that's great, but I'm really more looking to hold myself accountable and stay consistent. Maybe the more eyes watching to see how my progress turns out will encourage me to not disappoint. I want to prove to myself that I can improve my physique all around. I will let you all know how my progress is turning out along the way. Considering this competition is until April I won't be writing every session everyday, but if I feel it was a good workout or pretty significant I will update you all with pics, if possible.

So far I have not started the workout routine, but I have started eating clean. Yesterday night during the debate I had some Rotisserie Chicken, coleslaw, Potato Salad, and a Hawaiian role. Today I had Turkey Sandwiches with lettuce, tomatoes, Swiss Cheese, Mustard, and Mayo. Tonight I will probably eat the same meal from last night. As far as nutrition the plan is to start eating about 200grams of Protein daily along with 100grams of Complex Carbs (It will vary between Simple and Complex depending on how I feel and what work I have ahead). My fats will come from Avocados, Cashews, Natural Peanut Butter, Olive Oil, Macadamian Nut Oil, Almond Oil, or Grape-seed Oil. Greens will be unlimited; I just eat various amounts those and have no need to measure or monitor. I'm hoping by Sunday I can be eating 3 meals daily and 2 protein shakes for a total of 5 meals. I need to be fully in the gym by then as well.

I haven't been here in a while and yesterday was my 1st day back. Just a quick update though; I haven't jelqed or pumped in over a month, but I have been doing manual stretches every morning during a hot shower for like 30 minutes. As of earlier this week I had to use a new flaccid jackit that keeps me stretched after my sessions at 6"all day long.

I plan on getting back into the routine, but schedules and work has been hectic.

I will say though having 6 inches flaccid dangling between your thighs all day long is amazing. Especially when you wear certain shorts or pants and the bulge shows through; or when you have to adjust your boxers and pants to let it hang on the other side. Best feeling ever.
I've caught a couple of looks and gazes from time to time.
To guys that have that naturally I tip my hats off. Hope to get there one day.
