I read you sport a 10.5 inch erection now. I understand with hanging that it will definitely increase length but what about girth? What was your starting sizes and current girth? I actually have about 4-5 hours a day to hang while im on the computer playing videogames or whatever. Also I am a newcomer and I will be doing the exercises along with the hanging but how much weight should I start with? 2.5lbs? 5lbs?
 
I'll chime in and say that hanging does give you nice base girth. By all means start with the lowest weight and slowly increase until you reach your "fatigue weight". Explaining this further would take long and it's been written many many times before, so you should do a search.

By the way, what's your age?

Started a little less than 6 erect length, and I believe about a uniform 5 inches girth. I gained 1.5 inches in base girth from hanging. My penis became like a cone. So after reaching my length goals, I worked on mid to upper shaft girth using extreme Ulis. Now, I am at 7 inches base girth, 6.5 below the head. My head is also much larger, but I never measured it.

Try 2.5 first. If you do not feel anything, move up to five. Then, only add 1-2 lbs per week, until you reach the weight which brings on fatigue within the first set or two. That is your Max weight for that particular angle. The idea is to reach fatigue, and then reduce the weight as needed in subsequent sets, hanging as long as possible while in the fatigued state.

Your soft tissues, skin, nerves, smooth muscle, etc, must have time to adapt to the stresses. So do not push the envelope.

I am currently 26. My natural length is 7.4 inches. I do not exactly know how much my natural girth is but im guessing at around 5 inches. What exactly is a ULI#3 BiB? Also is it ok to hang while sitting in a computer chair because my MEMBER will be hanging straigh down. That is fine right?

It was the third exercise of a group of exercises made up years ago by a guy named Ulistretch. He manually constricted a full erection at the base for long periods to increase girth. I took this and made the Uli thing to free my hands, and used these "extreme Ulis" to achieve my girth gains.

No. I only hung for length, and did extreme Ulis for upper shaft girth. Plus some light jelqing for circulation. It has been several years since I Penis Enlargemented for gains. Now, I only hang every so often when I am trying to recreate a problem someone else has, to try and solve that problem.
