Started a little less than 6 erect length, and I believe about a uniform 5 inches girth. I gained 1.5 inches in base girth from
hanging. My penis became like a cone. So after reaching my length goals, I worked on mid to upper shaft girth using extreme Ulis. Now, I am at 7 inches base girth, 6.5 below the head. My head is also much larger, but I never measured it.

Try 2.5 first. If you do not feel anything, move up to five. Then, only add 1-2 lbs per week, until you reach the
weight which brings on fatigue within the first set or two. That is your Max
weight for that particular angle. The idea is to reach fatigue, and then reduce the
weight as needed in subsequent sets,
hanging as long as possible while in the fatigued state.
Your soft tissues, skin, nerves, smooth muscle, etc, must have time to adapt to the stresses. So do not push the envelope.
