Hey everyone, thought i'd make a Progress Log to help get some advice from members here. I've been exercising for close to two months now. When I started, I would constantly measure around 5.75 inches NBP, never hitting 6 inches/ Now, after two months, I am hitting 6 inches regularly (sometimes, slightly more). However, sadly, my girth hasn't changed at all.

My goals are simple: after 3 months, I'd like to have gained .5 inches in length and .25 inches in girth (gaining to 6.25 inches length, 5.25 inches grith (widest point) )

After 6 months, I'd like to have gained 1 inch in length, and .5 in girth (6.75 length, 5.5 girth).

After one year, I plan to gain 1.5 inches in length, .75 inches of girth (7.25 NBP, 5.75 inches girth)

These are my goals. They keep me focused and dedicated to my exercises. I feel they are realistic and that I can achieve it by staying dedicated and doing the exercises properly. Do you guys think these goals are realistic (am i overrreaching/underreaching here?)

Here is my routine thus far:

Month 1
- 10 minute warm-up with hot towel
- Stretching (Behind the Cheeks [Left, Center and Right], Down [Left, Center and Right], and Straight Out [Left, Center and Right]) 3 sets [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X 30[/words] seconds each
- Jelqing 100 reps
- Jelq and Hold 25 reps

Month 2
-- 10 minute warm-up with hot towel
- Stretching (Behind the Cheeks, Down, and Straight Out) 4 sets [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X 30[/words] seconds each
***With my stretching here, I stretch to the center four times each. I stretch to the left and right just one set for each direction. In other words, I stretch a total of 18 times [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X 30[/words] seconds.***
- Jelqing 200 reps
- Jelq and Hold 25-35 reps

Starting in month 3, i will probably jelq to 300-350 at least (maybe more? any advice?) and do 5 sets of stretches in the same fashion that I started doing them in month 2. But, to be honest, I would really like some advice and input into my routine. As long as it is manual exercises using just my hands, I am willing to give it a try. So, advice would be appreciated.

One last question, one of my goals is being able to wear Magnum XL condoms rofl. At what size, girth and length. would i need to be to wear them? Thanks guys. glad to be apart of a great community here.

Your goals are humble and your plan is awesome. I really think you may see these total gains inside of 6 months.
 
Thanks DLD. I, too, believe I am capable of reaching my year-goal in under 6 months as well, with hard work. thanks to this site, I feel like anything is possible regarding Penis Enlargement.

Yesterday, had a great workout. Did about 325 jelqs (continuing to build as two weeks ago i would only do about 200) and felt great afterwards. Stretching was difficult, but got through it. There are days where stretching feels great and other days where it is a challenge. But nothign comes easy, so its all good....

I cant wait for July to start month 3, incorporating a few more exercises, longer jelq and stretch sessions, and a 7-day routine. I just started kegeling as well - I've read articles about kegels, but is it merely a contraction of the muscle? Also, how many should I do and should i do them while jelqing/stretching?
 
Started my third month of exercising yesterday. My new routine:

-Warm-up
-4 sets of stretches (down, behind the cheeks, and up/out = I do a total of 18 30-second stretches)
-Jelqing 400 reps

5 days on, 2 days off (weekends)

I'm keeping it simple this month and seeing how much I will gain from this. In future months, I will incorporate more stretching, jelqing, squeezes, ulis, and erect strecthes/jelqs. :)

I measured last night quickly and got measurements of 6.25 inches erect NBP and 5.25 inches girth. Not sure if the measuring was perfect, but I am making progress.

So, in my 2nd week of month 3...I'm gonna measure close to the end of the month again. Things are looking good and I'm on a 5on-2 off schedule which works well for me. I still believe i'm aroudn 6 inch length and 5 inch girth but i'm working at it and I am positive I will see tremendous gains.

Measurements are the same - 6X5. I'm beign patient and haven't missed a workout yet. still on the 5on-2 off routine, which I like. What does everyone think of the lack of gains recently? Do I need to be patient more? I feel like if I keep at it, very soon those measurements will increase.

thanks for the advice .. I've been focusing on intensity lately and I feel like gains will come.

Today I woke up with some soreness there...soreness i haven't felt since i first began. I'm not sure if this is a good sign or not. I was thinking I'd just take a break today but I think later tonight i might just do a workout.

Fatigue is, for the most part, a normal part of Penis Enlargement.

So, I just measured this morning and was a little dissapointed.

My measurements: 6 inches NBPL and 5 inches Girth.

No change from month 2 meaurements.

Am I doing something wrong with my routine? Am I not working hard enough? Sadly, these questions have surfaced and even though I will obviously continue, I'd like to make sure I am being efficient and doing everything I can to gain.

I'm not quite done month 3 yet (another week)...can anyone give me some advice or a routine they would use for month 4? Even though I am dissapointed here, I believe everything happens for a reason and that I WILL reach my goals.

Well, if you have gone 8 weeks without gains then it is time to step your routine up to the next level. Do you own the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words]? and, do you own any Penis Enlargement equipment? I can work on a new routine for you, let me know the answer to these questions.
 
Hi DLD, thanks for the response.

Unfortunately, at the moment, I do not own any Penis Enlargement equipment nor do I own the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words]. In regards to the equipment, I was hoping I could keep exercising manually for as long as possible (due to many reasons). I believe equipment would help immensly, but at the moment, I'd like to keep exercising manually.

In regards to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words], I would purchase it but I have some reasons why I haven't thus far (i'll PM you about that DLD).

If you could make a routine up for me when you have some time, it would help A LOT. Not only would I have a solid routine in which I could gain, but knowing it comes from someone who knows Penis Enlargement better than anyone, I will truly BELIEVE I could gain.

Anyways, if you have some time, that would be great.

Had a solid workout today.

I have some ideas for my next routine starting in Month 4. I'm going to change things up a little. just because I'm not satisfied with my results thus far, I realize this is a long-term thing and hard work and patience will pay off.

After I complete 3 full months, I plan on taking a week break to rest and recharge. I will post my new routine soon.
 
Hey guys, its been a long time, but I'm still on the routine and still feeling positive about gaining and seeing results.

I'm in the middle of Month 4 now. This is my routine:

-2 on 1 off - Wednesdays and weekends off (4-days a week training)

-3 sets of stretches (down, straight out, and behind the cheeks for a total of 9 sets) 60 seconds each in the morning/afternoon
-3 sets of stretches (down, up, behind the cheeks, straight out, and throwing in down-left and down-right stretches if time allows it for a total of around 15 sets) 60 seconds each in the evening.
-Wet Jelqing 80-100% erect for about 20 minutes/600 jelqs (I still prefer counting for some reason)
-Squeezes and Uli's thrown in every 100 jelqs or so for about a few minutes (cumulative, so around 3 or 4 squeezes/ulis) each time

This will be my routine for the next few months. I would love to get some feedback from you guys.

Measurements: length has varied but still around 6 inches NBP (I got to 6.25 on a strong erection the other day), girth still around 5 inches (once getting at about 5.25 inches). Gains are coming! I know it! :)

If you aren't already, include a good PC workout too as this may be the difference in maximum length and erection quality.

In regards to PC muscle work, I'm assuming yoru referring to kegels. Quick question - is it best to do kegels flaccid or erect? Also, I've read alot of stuff on kegels, but haven't come across a routine or anything. How many should I do, how often, and when?

Kegels can be done erect or flaccid. I literally do them all day long, when I work, drive, eat, whatever....all day everyday

Workouts are going great. I'm back in Penis Enlargement mode and ready to gain.
 
Measured today....been close to 5 months now...

6.25-6.5 inches NBP-length
5-5.25 inches girth

After 5 months, I will come up with a new routine most likely or I may just go another month with the one I am on now. Interested in gaining in a safe way, so no hurry.
 
Almost 6 months....no new gains....trouble focusing with other shit going on.....but will continue and I WILL ACHIEVE MY GOALS!
