Hey everyone, thought i'd make a Progress Log to help get some advice from members here. I've been exercising for close to two months now. When I started, I would constantly measure around 5.75 inches NBP, never hitting 6 inches/ Now, after two months, I am hitting 6 inches regularly (sometimes, slightly more). However, sadly, my girth hasn't changed at all.
My goals are simple: after 3 months, I'd like to have gained .5 inches in length and .25 inches in girth (gaining to 6.25 inches length, 5.25 inches grith (widest point) )
After 6 months, I'd like to have gained 1 inch in length, and .5 in girth (6.75 length, 5.5 girth).
After one year, I plan to gain 1.5 inches in length, .75 inches of girth (7.25 NBP, 5.75 inches girth)
These are my goals. They keep me focused and dedicated to my exercises. I feel they are realistic and that I can achieve it by staying dedicated and doing the exercises properly. Do you guys think these goals are realistic (am i overrreaching/underreaching here?)
Here is my routine thus far:
Month 1
- 10 minute warm-up with hot towel
- Stretching (Behind the Cheeks [Left, Center and Right], Down [Left, Center and Right], and Straight Out [Left, Center and Right]) 3 sets [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X 30[/words] seconds each
- Jelqing 100 reps
- Jelq and Hold 25 reps
Month 2
-- 10 minute warm-up with hot towel
- Stretching (Behind the Cheeks, Down, and Straight Out) 4 sets [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X 30[/words] seconds each
***With my stretching here, I stretch to the center four times each. I stretch to the left and right just one set for each direction. In other words, I stretch a total of 18 times [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X 30[/words] seconds.***
- Jelqing 200 reps
- Jelq and Hold 25-35 reps
Starting in month 3, i will probably jelq to 300-350 at least (maybe more? any advice?) and do 5 sets of stretches in the same fashion that I started doing them in month 2. But, to be honest, I would really like some advice and input into my routine. As long as it is manual exercises using just my hands, I am willing to give it a try. So, advice would be appreciated.
One last question, one of my goals is being able to wear Magnum XL condoms rofl. At what size, girth and length. would i need to be to wear them? Thanks guys. glad to be apart of a great community here.
