I like using virgin olive oil with vitamin E. It is completely natural and I believe it lets you sqeeze harder on jelqs through a longer period then other lubes. Thanks for the other ideas though.

I've read that olive oil is a natual alpha 5 reductase inhibitor. Which means it may limit the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone.

Man ive been using soap of all things & why didn't i think of olive oil. Is the EVOO you use the same type used for cooking??

VASELINE! Soap will dry skin and cause irritation. Use Vaseline an be sure to wash off thoroughly. First use paper towels to sop up all the excess than use hot water and soap to clean (this can be the warm down). After, apply a pea size amount of Hydrocortisone cream. This will be your best strategy. DO NOT be afraid to massage the tissue thoroughly after to prevent discoloration.

Thanks for the tip! I started using sorbolene to massage after jelquing which contains a bit of Cetomacrogol Cream Aqueous APF. Its mean't to get absorbed quicker into your skin especially after a shower. Its kinda helped with spots and discoloration.

I might give EVOO a try next time.

I cannot find Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) anywhere in my city. I even tried for Virgin Olive Oil, but didn't find even that. The only olive oil I found was Refined Olive Oil from Figaro. It says, Ingredients: Refined olive oil and extra virgin olive oil.

I'm afraid to post a link, but kindly google for "Figaro Refined Olive Oil" and check if it's safe to use or should I try even harder to get EVOO.

That is fine, there is no reason to spend the extra money on XV, just use plain old oil.

XV only makes a difference in taste when cooking otherwise use straight oil.

Just completed my 45 min session with Olive Oil and the experience was far FAR better than with coconut oil. From now on, I'd use Olive Oil.
