i stretch my dick BTC(middle,left,right) and up/down. for a minute each for about 4 sets and use a decent amount of pressure with your hand. wouldnt that pretty much be hanging?

also im almost over with my 3 month mark. should i start doing Penis Enlargement almost everyday now? i was doing 2 on 1 off and now i just switched over to 4 on 1off...

I would say it is a great time to step up the routine! I am glad you understand this!
 
how long did you start doing manuel stretching for dld? as of now iv been doing 400 jelqs and 200 vjelqs(iv gained .25 girth in my 3months and about .5 length) and i just started doing stretches for a minute each stretch for about 4 sets...

also im not completely sure on how to do a reverse kegel for the dld blasters...

ill explain the reverse kegal

well i assume you know how to do a kegal (obviously) and that we use a kegal to stop urinating.

when you're taking a piss and you start to urinate that's a reverse kegal, instead of pulling in,clinching(kegal) your pushing out(reverse kegal).
also when you do the reverse kegal on the dld blasters make sure to use a lot of intensity.

Kegel = Stop flow of urine
Reverse Kegel = Push the flow of urine

This is how to identify the muscle flex but you do not need to be urinating to flex.
 
how do you know when you need a rest day???

im almost 3months in and just started doing 5 days wiht jelq and stretching..should i take a break or just do it everyday??? before i was just doing like 2on1off

my dick feels like it could keep going and i still have a great EQ i just dont want to overtrain..
