Stretching Beyond Fatigue...key to length gains when stretching.

C-Guy reminded me of this concept when applied to hanging weights by a post of his in the hangers forum here. This is a concept I have been using lately with my stretching routines. I do only Bundled A stretches. Mostly with my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words]. I stretch until I hit fatigue in my penis. This takes more than light or half assed effort. It usually takes me about 15 minutes or so to reach fatigue. Once I get there through my stretching, I will continue stretching until I feel like I can not stretch anymore due to both physical exhaustion and the fact that my penis feels like it just cannot take any more. I feel like this is a key factor in making length gains whether you are manually stretching or hanging weights. From past experience with weights and from the experience of other men I have known who have used or do use weights and who are making gains semi-regularly...they follow the same principle. Stretch to fatigue and then, keep going! I bet the hair on my balls that DLD believes in this same concept.
 
The longer we can stretch the longer we will make it. Unlike Girth, stretching does not really need any type of resting period so theoretically we could stretch constantly. I don't think this is necessary to make awesome gains but I do think a fair amount of time should be invested in length work. Even if your time is limited you should take advantage of the private moments you do have to stretch. Bathroom breaks are a great time to invest a good 3-5 minutes into Stealth Penis Enlargement. Thought the day that really adds up. But I have always believed that extended periods of stretching are the most effective way to gain length.

3 years since I got out. Those daily injections to the back of the neck took a long time to get outta my system. ;)
 
You got that straight SWM!! I have always believed that the only way to make continuous gains is to go beyond the point of fatigue. It is IMO only when you go beyond that point you can effectively start to breakdown new tissue and promote and accelerate new growth. I'm working girth for now, but when I was working length using a manual, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words], pump routine I gained a 1/2" bone pressed in about 1 1/2 months. I used the pump in between manual and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] sets to to really stretch out and maximize the stretch. I also use this theory for working girth. I'll do a set of 100 slow dry jelqs, do five erect bends where I will hold the bend for a few seconds and then pump the bend a few times, then do a 1minute set of isolated compression squeezes. After the squeezes I work up to 100% erect again, slip on the cable tie uli constrictor, then do a set of 30 wet slow jelqs and apply a few more erect bends. Then take it off and repeat. I do this routine for a total of 5 sets every day. So far it has been working great, and my shaft aches for a couple of hours afterwards.

I used to stretch my cock to the absolute kancker point that I could not go on any more....I was near the edge of pain even.,
 
How long do you think a guy should strech/hang for per day? I do an hour a daily normaly, or does it just depend on how long you can take it?
 
I would say X2 20 minute or X4 20 minute sessions thru the day,
make them intense each time.

If you do them REALLY hardcore than you'll only need X2 20 mins....otherwise make them semi-hardcore and do X4 20 mins...I dont see any point on doing 6/8 hours fannying about stretching alday....I have seen enough over the years online to know most guys dont gain anybetter doing that.

What weight are you currently hanging?

Does that weight give you fatigue to the point that you could NOT hang another set? If not add 1 pound weight per week until you reach fatigue in the first couple of sets. IMHO the sets you hang BEFORE fatigue sets in are only preperation for the real hanging that starts after fatigue. If you are spending an hour a day and NOT reaching fatigue and then you stop for the day its like spending an hour getting dressed for an evening out and then not going out.

Having said that I hang for 6-8 sets per day making sure that at least 1/2 of them are in the fatigued state and at a slightly lighter weight.
 
Yer thats what i recon to guys, i was telling i think it was sunshine kid or some woman at Th*nd3rs chat one day about my program, I was doing like v-strech blasters, and JAI's for 45min a day 7 days a week, no rest days, no girth. She kept going on about how I should have rest days because thats when cells grow...bla bla...., i know that is true for girth excises and for muscles (ie quads) but its diffrent for ligs, she reconed I would hurt myself, i was like what do u know? u dont even have a dick...she goes well this is my shit i know my stuff...haha yer :p

She means well. I think she did physical therapy work for a while.
 
I hang 6lbs x 3 (20min session) i think i need to up the weight abit before i get the "real" gains but im not so sure, im gains quite well at the mo.

i have mostly stretched to this point using DLD techniques..i have dabbled in hanging...what do u guys say about stretching till near exhaustion then hanging for a couple of sets to give it a mega workout....your inputs are appreciated...
 
Or you could just keep it manual rather than putting on the equipment for a couple sets of work. Tried my stretches?

This makes a lot of sense. Training till you hit fatigue is another good way to train especially for length gains.
