Have little time for Penis Enlargement now and mainly just stretch and jelq for 15-20 minutes 3-4x weekly. Seemed to have kept my gains at 6.6-6.75x5.3 started 6.2x5 about 3 years ago. would love about another half inch but realistic about not working hard enough given I am in my forties with 3 kids. One thing that seems weird to me is that my flaccid stretched length never exceeds 6.5. Is that even possible? does the fact I kegel regularly matter? Any ideas on an exercise or 2 to add for length if I was only to add a few minutes to my current routine Thanks

Tug it, and tug it HARD man. But really, from what I have found length is fairly easy to gain and comes with less time than girth which can be a bit**. 2 sets of 15 minutes manual stretching in a day can do wonders for length. And if you are looking for time get up just 20 minutes earlier in the morning and cut TV time by 20 more minutes in a day or just give it about a 3 minute mini-session every time you take a leak. Really Penis Enlargement isn't all that hard and time consuming, people just make excuses for why they can't so in their head they are making themselves believe they are really doing something to try to better themselves.

Try and throw in some DLD Blasters with a lot of power in your set, using toilet paper or other for extra grip. The blasters are in my opinion the best manual stretching exercise.
