Hello guys i am new...:))))
So far it's going good to me with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words],but i always use just the stretches and kegels....never jelging....i had some good results....i am now gaining little by little....so do you think that i should stick to streching and kegeling because it's going fine...or to put jelging in my routine?????


p.s i clamp for 10 minutes after each streching work-out,i think it help me with lenth gains..
 
In my opinion the more techniques you add to your routine the better you will make gains. I have read so many different opinions on jelqing whether it is effective or not, I feel it does not hurt and is a great way to give vascularity in your penis. I think I can hold better erections before I do a stretch session than after but I haven't been able to get much girth work in besides the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for a little while unfortunately. I think it is important to create a routine and stick with it long enough to see if you are gaining. If you are gaining keep at what you are doing. If not, you will need to step up the intensity of the exercises and routine you are using or create a new, more intense routine. The point is, you need to train with a routine long enough to see the gains happening.
