Yes your suppose to take the wrap off every so often because it is suppose to be tight enough to keep more elongated. I have wrapped loosely as well but wrapping tighter allows me to keep my flaccid longer. Overall wrapping more tight and stretched makes my flaccid bigger. Bigger flaccid should equal bigger faster gains. Loose wrapping is great for night time though. With practice you can wrap the right amount of tightness during the day and night, were you don't have to take it off much. But its a better idea to be cautious.smokey622;646057 said:

Keeping that on for almost 24 hours actually gives a pretty good stretch and is great for healing in the lengthened position.

well i have the PF now...but as YKM said you can put ABsilicone sleeve with PF and sleep at night as it is more comfortable........
