hey i checked out this site about a year ago and forgot about and just came back on. Last night I wanted to get started to add a little size, mainly girth (im 7.5 x 5 on a good night). I decided to start last night cause the last couple times ive had sex i havent been satisfied with my erection. I stretched and tried a little jelquing, but most of all I did a lot of kegel exercises. THen I had sex tongiht and my rod was better than ever. Filled up nicely and was rock hard. Is it possible that just doing some kegels helped this much??? I think Im a believer now.
 
Seems like they could have been the magic behind the magic. Many guys find them beneficial, but a few don't like them. Keep working them and see if the trend continues.
 
Jelqs did help me get harder erections as well. Good job on discovering this again :P If you stay consistent, and attack your girth with dedication, you'll see some nice results. I am sure she'll have something to say as well. :D
 
will warm up, stretching, jelqs, and kegels allow me to attack my girth with dedication?? or are there some other things I can throw in to help?
 
Nice size mason, yeah i use to do kegels all the time but i got out of doing them. But i started back up about a week ago and im going to keep on doing them. DLD believes they are important for gains. Which is probably true because you pump new blood in everytime. And blood is what heals your penis.
 
Jelqs and kegels should be included in any Penis Enlargement routine. I've found nothing is better for erection strength than those two exercises combined.
