I am still a newbie in PE, and I noticed that I'm consumed in getting products in hopes that it will give me some crazy gains over time with hard work.
I took a moment and looked back at old threads about DLD, BigAL and others. . .NONE of these ideas were out back when I discovered PE in my teens.
No pumps, no Bathmates, no chempe, foreign object clamping. . . .NOTHING.
The only things that the legends had were their hands, and MAYBE weights.
The only proven methods (no disrespect to anyone here), are [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] devices (weights/extenders), jelqing, regular clamping, and stretching.
I think new people like me are caught up in the advertising of the Bathmates, and pumps and devices so quick because that's all that we see. There are some threads on the basics but not enough.
So I'm thinking about selling my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], Air Pump, and Power J Gym.
I am going to do exactly what the legends have done with a SLIGHT twist.
I dub the, "OLD SCHOOL WITH A NEW SCHOOL TWIST ROUTINE"
1.) Jelq with hands AND with JELQING RINGS.
2.) Stretches.
3.) Extending.
4.) Anti-turtling.
Nothing more than that. Once I feel like I'm maxed out from that, THEN I will move into pumping and chempe.
So to all of the newbies here. BUILD A SOLID FOUNDATION. Arnold did his basics lifts first before he moved into bodybuilding. . . STRONG BASICS.
