While some men are naturally blessed with large appendages, others have medium of smaller ones and have to work extra hard for it.
Let see what I can make of a 5 inch tool.
Here are my measurement on Day 0 (February 25, 2011):
Bone Pressed Erect Length 14.2 cm (5.6")
Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch 13.8 cm (5.4")
Non-Bone Pressed Erect Length 12.5 cm (4.9")
Flaccid Length 11.7 cm (4.6")
Erect Girth 12.8 cm (5.0")
Flaccid Girth 10.7 cm (4.2")
The measurement I care most is extending NBPEL. I am a skinny guy, so there are not much "hidden" in the fat. My goal is to have NBPEL of 18.0 cm (7.1") but if I can achieve 16.5 cm (6.5") I would be very happy already.
I hope to see about 1-1.5 cm growth within the next 2 months through Phase I exercises, which including basic stretches, wet jelqing, kegel exercises, warm up and warm down.
In terms of erected girth, growth to 15 cm (5.9") is adequate, haha...
I look forward to other members encouragement and to keep me accountable. PM me if you are also starting out and are planning to gain from exercise only.
