There are techniques to last longer if you feel you don't. I read a book how to make love to a woman all night. It was a pretty good book. It talked about strenthining your pelvic muscles by keggeling and rubbing that muscle to prevent ejaculation. It also talked about bringing yourself almost to the point of orgasm and stopping for a few seconds and repeating. It had a few more techniques but it has been a few years.

Yeah, I reverse kegel when I'm about to ejaculate if I want to last longer but its timeing before the point of NO RETURN haha and you will know because the feeling of small amounts of fluid from the testes will move as you get closer to ejaculation so start to hold it back than. You dont need to get cut to reduce sensitivity and infact its good to have such feelings otherwise you wont get the same enjoyment. With practice you can hold back instead of getting cut which is drastic to say the least.
