I'm not saying that Penis Enlargementing is taking a lot out of me. It's just sometimes 5 days a week can take a toll on you. I'm continuing my 5 day a week one hour stretching, 30 to hour clamping. Just that I work a lot now and do a lot of heavy lifting as well. Plus they're hiring at this nearby computer shop too in the mornings for installing, cleaning and working on PCs. Sometimes I'm tired after my 8 to 9 hour shift at work and when I come home, I'm poot. But all is well! I'm gaining a lot lately! My girth is increasing a bit more by the clamp work and sometimes jelqing as well. I soon want to replace my hour stretching with hanging to increase towards over 9bpel, because I'm almost there and it's working out great.


I was wondering if anyone else goes through this type of period? When they do need a little rest, or a break?
 
I take a day off when i'm fatigued and my base is sore. Upping the intensity and frequency of my routines really gives my unit a beating.

I also take days off when i have more important things to do than P.E. for example, exams.
 
I never really rested too much, I guess I was so determined to get bigger that I wanted to use every second doing penis enlargement. I did have an injury once and took off 2 weeks but I did not loose anything.

My thoughts exactly, i wanted to do it every time swelling receded and now im frustrated because i need to up the ante with another purchase...

When you are making gains its like you don't wanna stop, even if your brain tells you that you need to.
Penis Enlargement is a drug just like bodybuilding,...

Yup, instead of getting high you get bigger....Who would not become addicted to that?

How many weeks would you say is too much rest? This is my 2nd week in the past 3 weeks where I've needed to take a rest (even though all I want to do is train whenever I get a chance) and my first concern is losing gains.
 
Only you will know the answer, or should I say your body. Our mind also plays tricks by telling us that we will loose gains but in many instances when we return a gain is present. I gained nearly 1/4 inch in erect length during 2010 .... I certainly did not do 5 on 2 off or 7 on zero off but irreguler intense but brief workouts that would be 1 on 1 off or 1 on 3 off etc altering them as my body needed it such as erection quality, soreness.
 
I keep hearing my Son's boxing coach say "you don't need no break" whenever my Son says he needs a break:)
 
Actually, I lied. I'm doing 120 percent better than last time and after work I CAN put some time into Penis Enlargementing. Just off-days from work, I sleep a lot and sometimes I Penis Enlargement late into the night. I'm thinking about doing a decon-break, but it's that addiction factor and,"what ifs." What if I stop this and that, will I lose the gains? Really alot on the mind.

I've been doing Penis Enlargement for almost 4 years now and I've gained a bit but now I'm at a point where I want to focus a bit more on other things.. I was wondering on DLD's site it says that I should do one set of DLD Blasters per week for 6 weeks following retirement. Should I stop after that? And will I loose my gains if I do? I've been doing phase 5 for almost a year now.. Also is 2 days a week of Basic jelques for 6 weeks, and 1 time a week after that enough to keep my girth gains? One more thing. If I decide to go back to doing Penis Enlargement and I start back on phase 2 then progress to phase 3, should I continue on to 4 and 5 again?

I appreciate the help.. I really need it because I don't want to loose all that I worked for..

If you have trained consistently for up to 1 year, you can take a rest of 30 days. This will help the penis heal from all the stretches and be ready to get some stretching again after the 30 days break.

Sometimes when you take breaks it resets you mentally and physically allowing for greater growth when you resume training
