I want to set some goals, as I have with my weekly workout. My current routine is newbie stretches twice a day with basic girth in the evening everyday (DLD routine). I am currently using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] every other night before my girth routine I just don't like the fluid fatness (1 time for 10 mins). And I am wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for a couple of hours in the evening, I have tried different wraps but it just gets unbearable and my head turns purple. I am going to order the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] tomorrow. Anyway what should I expect for my short term and long term goals. I am 32 years old. I am currently 6x5 (6.5 x 5 when absolutely hard as I can possible be). My goal would be 8.5 x 6ish. But I need to set a goal with several steps which I can keep up with and log. This is the only way I can gets this accomplished. So guys giv e me your opinions. What should I expect. Also what supplements help with ligament growth and recovery?
 
Why not go for length in 0.5 inch steps? when you constantly exercise every day(with the occasional off day) then you can reach 7x5.2 in 2-3 months(maybe even faster).
I would concentrate first on lenght and then on girth.
 
Well you're between 2-2.5 inches of length off your goal. In my opinion - with hard work you could reach that in about between 2-3 years years with hard work. It's gonna take quite a while - but anything worth having, is worth waiting for!

As dickerschwanz said - set 0.5 inches goals - focus on length first. I'm personally going for 0.5 length every 6 months.

Stick with it and you will reach your goals.

Have you tried the Velcro mod for the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]? If you Havan't you should - that cured all my discomfort problems.

Anyone who sticks to their workout daily, increases tensions, avoids injury and checks if he needs recovery time will gain 2 inches in 2-3 years!
These guys are everywhere at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words] and the other dick sites but you hear more whinning cause its really hard physical and even more mental work and its easier to give up.
The guys who gained 2+ all loved Penis Enlargement and are similiar to other guys who excel at their hobby/profession.
I guess there is also a good amount of people who never tell anyone what they achieved and just use their new tools ;)

P.S. I wasn't knocking anybody, or intending to, anything is possible. And I believe that people have made such gains for sure. I just don't think that it is representative or common to achieve such gains. Hopefully, I can prove myself wrong while I am on my journey! :D :D :D

It may not be common but then the average person makes certain mistakes as evidenced by a lot of threads in this section.

1) People make make gains with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] but despite gaining decide to do something else and then wonder why they are no longer gaining.

2) Massive overtraining with people adding exercises every month.

Just two common mistakes and then you have plateau's to take into account.
