I want to set some goals, as I have with my weekly workout. My current routine is newbie stretches twice a day with basic girth in the evening everyday (DLD routine). I am going to order the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] tomorrow. Anyway what should I expect for my short term and long term goals. I am 32 years old. I am currently 6x5 (6.5 x 5 when absolutely hard as I can possible be). My goal would be 8.5 x 6ish. But I need to set a goal with several steps which I can keep up with and log. This is the only way I can gets this accomplished. So guys giv e me your opinions. What should I expect. Also what supplements help with ligament growth and recovery?
