I got this, it's a bit hard to beat and squeeze the muscle, but I think I'm getting that. It's just hard to really feel the muscle contracting too much.

I really want to get into this, but I want correct form. I don't want to waste my time if my form is bad. I'd never improve that way. I haven't measured my BPenis EnlargementL yet, but the NBPL doesn't seem to be too much changed. Maybe .1 centimeter or something, I guess it takes time though like everything.
