Supra claims that the supra slammers can gain you an inch in 2 months, DLD hasnt made any claims about the Slow Squash Jelqs.

What do you guys think is better? What has helped you gain more Girth?

I have never tried the Slammers but if Supra says you can gain this I can't see why it is not worth a try. [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] give me all the girth I want fairly easy and I view them as the best girth exercise.
 
kool dld, i can only do 2 minute sessions because my hand KILLS after it. how many do you recommend i do of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]?
 
Both are good from all the reviews users posted on them but I've never done supra slammers myself and no one should give size estimations on gains with anything because that cannot be measured simply by plucking figures out of the air and is like a classic salesman pitch. I also remember another member here recently say you will gain 1 inch length in like one month of doing his exercise!

With any exercise it takes some time to get used to. Your hands will become stronger with time and the exercise will be easier to do.
