Slight problem.. Anyone got ideas?

Alright, I've been reading through this forum for a month or two and this is my first post. I've been Penis Enlargement'ing for nearly two months now on a regular basis and here recently I noticed something odd. Im right around 7 bpel and 5 1/4 eg so I've been hitting girth exercises harder than length. Although here over the last week or so I've noticed small purple dots on my head (sometimes one some times a couple) from time to time after a girth workout. Generally I Penis Enlargement one day and off one day unless it feels up for two days in a row. Red spots are common here and there but are generally gone the next day. So does anyone have any ideas about the purple spots? They are generally about the same size as the red dots (really small) but tend to last a couple of days. So, what are they? Bruising? and when they appear should I let them go away before working girth again? Thanks.
 
Probably bruising. That's usually purple. It could be blood spots too. You should let your penis recover completely from damage. Soreness is one thing, that's just a warning sign. Did you change your exercises? After 8 months, it seems I can't get red spots anymore no matter what I do. Did get a blister last week though. Just let yourself heal. It's not Penis Enlargement that increases your size. It's the healing process that follows.
 
That was a quick response lol... But yeah thats kind of what I thought myself. Although out of curiosity do you think it would be best to continue with stretching and maybe do some light jelqing? It has seemed like in the past when red spots appear if their not gone the next day if I do light jelqing and take a hot shower and massage they will pretty much be gone.. That sound about right?
 
It's really your call. I personally WOULD stretch as long as the spots weren't at the place you grip. Hot showers are good. I wouldn't jelq but that's just me. Light may be fine.
 
I Penis Enlargement under a hot shower, which really helps prevent spots of any kind, no matter how intense the workout. Just put the shower on low pressure and high temperature and let it run just over your dick. It will take off any lube so it's not advisable for jelqing workouts but works wonders for squeezes, SSJs, Uli's and other manual clamping exercises. A light-medium workout like this will also help speed the healing of any purple or red spots.

I probably disagree with both of you. The red spots are normal. They are just from the presssure you are putting on your glans to make it swell and enlarge. It would give you the indication that you are probably putting too much pressure on it. Years ago when I started I had those too, but seldom ever do anymore. If you are hurting yourself with too much pressure back off some. Make sure you are in good shape before you do Penis Enlargement. You need to build up to the extreme exercises. Perhaps you are not there yet. GS
