Slight "cold" feeling on glans + burning sensation after workout

Hi there, i've been doing P.E on and off for a while but took a huge break and im now to go full dedicated.
Im doing an only jelqing routine Right now with a split of 4 days & 1-2 days off
Everything has been going superb, long flaccid, veins, good EQ ...
But a thing i noticed recently was that after my workout My penis glans Would get cold. Now dont get me wrong, im not talking super cold, it's only a little bit and it's in between 2-3 hours after my workout and last for a couple of hours. I cant feel any numbness, only when i touch my glans i feel a slight decrease in temperature, it's almost not there but i just wanna make sure it's not a problem.
I Warm up/Down with a normal sock, dipped in steaming hot water for 5 minutes and do 300 jelqs with 70-80 % erection , approx 3 seconds strokes
It first happened 2 days ago (10 days of pe so far, with full focus) and the day after , i lost my morning Wood ( 20 years old). Even though I dont get morning Wood Every time , i still take it into consideration. Yesterday I took a day off, and today i had great EQ all day and also performed my routine 3 hours ago. Now I Can feel the same slight "cold" feeling.
I Think that all this might just be me, Thinking too much about it, but I just wanna make sure, and maybe hear your opinion, so what do you Think?
Should i cut Down on something ? Split, reps ? Or should i Continue with causion?

This is a normal thing that happens after exercise and if it bothers you I can offer an exercise that will eliminate this. They are called Head Expansion Squeezes and are very easy to do. Simply get yourself 100% erect and starting at the base with a good grip (like jelqing) work the blood up to your head and hold it there for about 10-30 seconds. From here, keeping your grip squeeze the blood out and kegel it back in for another rep. You can do these for 5 minutes after a workout and your head will become fully flushed with new blood and it will bring back the warmness you are looking for.

EQ decrease was just due to the jelqs and being fatigued. The coldness is interesting but i don't feel is a big deal. it is likely just something you happened to notice b/c you are working with and becoming more aware of you cock. probably had a slightly cold head all the time

Jelqing on it's own is a very slow way to make girth gains. If you need quick gains, you need to get the SiliStretcher and the length master. Both are length devices. If you are low on cash, you can get only the length master.

For girth, get yourself the mityvac penis pump.
