Hi there, i've been doing P.E on and off for a while but took a huge break and im now to go full dedicated.
Im doing an only jelqing routine Right now with a split of 4 days & 1-2 days off
Everything has been going superb, long flaccid, veins, good EQ ...
But a thing i noticed recently was that after my workout My penis glans Would get cold. Now dont get me wrong, im not talking super cold, it's only a little bit and it's in between 2-3 hours after my workout and last for a couple of hours. I cant feel any numbness, only when i touch my glans i feel a slight decrease in temperature, it's almost not there but i just wanna make sure it's not a problem.
I Warm up/Down with a normal sock, dipped in steaming hot water for 5 minutes and do 300 jelqs with 70-80 % erection , approx 3 seconds strokes
It first happened 2 days ago (10 days of pe so far, with full focus) and the day after , i lost my morning Wood ( 20 years old). Even though I dont get morning Wood Every time , i still take it into consideration. Yesterday I took a day off, and today i had great EQ all day and also performed my routine 3 hours ago. Now I Can feel the same slight "cold" feeling.
I Think that all this might just be me, Thinking too much about it, but I just wanna make sure, and maybe hear your opinion, so what do you Think?
Should i cut Down on something ? Split, reps ? Or should i Continue with causion?
