Will try putting hydrocortisone 4 times a day to see if it helps.

Use Bacitracin instead of Hydrocortisone. Hydrocortisone is for keeping skin soft, supple and it eliminates itchiness and redness. Bacitracin is for cuts, wounds or any open skin issue.
