Any man who is overweight that is starting PE should also start a exercise/diet routine too. The two will work together to bring gains very quickly. A typical overweight dude can lose more than 2" in the fat pad so just loosing the weight will bring a massive visual gain. If you PE along size this you will see svn greater gains. although im not sure, it seems as if the weight loss is causing looser skin and a 'negative' space where the fat was, causing turtling.
