Hey everyone!

Newbie here. Have read a number forums for a few years, started routines, never kept them up so this is the year that I start and keep up the routines!

My routine I am going to do for the first 3 months is as follows:

5 min warm up
10 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x 30[/words] second stretches
10min dry jelqs (3 second jelqs)
10min wet jelqs (3 second jelqs)
5min warm down
50, 3 second kegels

Aiming for 2-4 times a week depending on time I have to do it around my very busy schedule.

Any advice is welcome. I'm working on length and girth hence why I put both dry and wet jelqs in.

Here are my stats and aims:

Starting stats: UL: 4", UG: 4". EL: 5.25", EG: 4.75"
Aim: UL: 5.75", UG: 5.75". EL: 7", EG: 6"

I will try and update this once a month so you can see gains and if this works for me.

Firstly, good look.

Secondly, jelqs being wet or dry do not affect whether you gain length or girth. The only difference between the two is that dry jelqing is more intense and carries a higher risk of injury.

With this in mind your routine looks okay for a month or two although you may as well do all dry or wet jelqs rather than faffing around.

When I used to read the cheekycherry.com forums, some other users commented that wet jelqs appeared to work more on length and dry jelqs on girth. I'll leave it as it is for now and see how I go.

Any suggestions of what kind of routine to do after 1-2 months are more than welcomed.

I am afraid that they are incorrect, there has been no evidence to back that claim before.

Realistically you should be gaining from your normal routine still so do not change it until you plateau as one of the most common reasons people create a thread asking why they did not gain is because they changed there routine every month or so.

Once you do plateau however you should consider adding DLD Blasters and Slow Squash Jelqs.
 
Thanks for the tips, will research the DLD blasters and slow squash jelqs as I haven't seen anything about those before.
 
I thought I'd do a quick measure, just to see how it was going and was pleasantly surprised:

UL: 4.5"
UG: 4.5"

EL: 5.5"
EG: 5.25"

That's great. What your doing is evidently working by leaps and bounds. Keep going and don't stop until you plateau. Stay strong shaken. Thanks.
 
To add with the jelqs, it has more to do with the erection percentage than with wet or dry jelqing. Lower erection gets more of length since your stretching it more through the jelq. Higher gets more of girth since your expanding all the blood through the chambers. But all in all, its better to do jelqs in general, whether wet or dry, to acheive results. Don't stop since your doing so good. Good luck.

Evidence?

Jelqing expands the tunicia in all directions by virtue of pumping a fluid (blood). The tunicia expands in all directions regardless of intensity level (although the more intense the greater expansion).

The reason for the flawed perception that light intensity means more length is that the way we measure our gains is flawed because to see a small 1cm gain in length the girth will have also expanded by at least that amount however this is spread out. The best way to measure such things would be via the percentage change in volume.

Think of expanding the tunicia like creating a wave in a sphere. If you simply measure the increased distance (length) then it will seem as if you have only gained length however when looking 3-dimentionally you see that the entire girth has expanded by that 1cm/pie.

Apologies if i have started getting complicated but my point was that the way we measure is flawed because length and girth are not measurements of the same dimension and that increased intensity jelqs will yield bigger length increases as well as bigger girth simply by virtue of greater force.
 
HAHAHAHAHA. Still, mine's simpler. I like all that you said. But, who has the necessary time to sit with different volumetric tubes or beakers to measure their exact changes. When leaving the tube you always have the liquid still on you or creating a negative space to fill still adds in erection quality. Yes it is indeed flawed to a T, or should i say J(jelq). As long as it's longer and as long as it's fatter is all we need right. I've seen you've posted that before and lets not do it in shaken's thread. His thread, his log. Real good. I liked it.
