I'm afraid my schedule is so busy that there really isn't time. I think maybe I can get 30 minutes to an hour in on the days I work. Thankfully on the days off I could make this my intense periods. I would think though at minimum I can kegel and jelq on those busy days with some light stretching. It's generally five and a half days pretty solid followed by a day and a half off. I seem to prefer anyhow taking a day off here and there. I believe Penis Enlargementing can by like weight training where gains can be increased by taking a day off here and there. I think though with the way the schedule is it's best to do minimum conditioning for maintenance.

If the experienced could comment that would be great to let me know the difficulties I may have in gaining with this type of schedule.

30 mins is not alot. but you can get a good munual stretch in 30 mins. some people take 5 10 min bathroom breaks to get (i think its called) progressive stretching. you know got to the restroom do session then go back to work. that way you get a full days work in and keep you tissue deformation all day. I live in a dorm room with four other guys and I play college football on top of it all. I couldn't find any time to do a routine so i stopped for a while. I just started back up this week and Ive been yankin my dick any time I can and i have a cable clamp that i put on when im sitting at my desk. you can get a decent work out in without anyone knowing with a little persistance
 
taking a couple days off doesn't hurt...but the days on you will have to put in some work...like atlyroc said you can stretch during bathroom breaks, while you are in the shower you can stretch or jelq...get it in whenever you have a private moment...good luck

When you say "blasters" do you mean pee kegels?

I can't find it but there is a thread I posted including a routine and advice for those who are busy. If someone is more proficient with the search function can find it.
