Rock Hard Erections without Kegels/PC Exercises? My theory...

Along with my routine for the last couple months I have gotten back what most of us do..... rock hard erections. But I know also that most of you out there (at least I thought) integrate a bunch of PC workouts into their routine. Of course I know of the many positives that come from PC exercises but the main reason people do them is for the erections of steel is it not? My theory on the matter is that this "steel pipe" effect doesn't come from kegels but from Jelqing. As most know, when you wet jelq your veins in your penis grow over time and in some cases give your member a "vascular" effect. So my theory is that your veins in your penis are growing faster than the length and girth of your penis. So this allows more blood to flow in to a penis of a relatively same size. Therfore obtaining harder erections.

This of course is only my theory and shouldn't be taken literally. I have just created it to get an open debate going. Thanks guys!

I would agree with you there for the most part.. I believe that the rock hard erections you get when you Penis Enlargement are due to the effects of jelqing- ie, circulation and blood flow. I have always noticed that if I go for a while without jelqing, my erections arent as hard as prior, but one jelqing session and I wake up with some rock morning wood. Noticing this is what got me- is getting me :) -back into jelqing at a lower erection level. I neglected to notice the true value of jelqing earlier, but it is nice to re-discover a gem..
 
Jelqing seems to have soooo many advantages to it that I don't think that anybody can afford to NOT have it in their routine.:s
 
I agree; Jelqing is fantastic, especially for girth.

Kegels are different and are complementary.

I LOVE Kegels. If I learned nothing else on this site, that alone would make it worth it.

I also might get a fatter, bigger dick.

Not bad.

My 2 cents? Do both - and get amazing hard and amazingly long lasting and a larger erection.

why not kegel whilst jelqing? two birds one stone :s
also, veins carry blood OUT of the penis, when we jelq we are probably affecting other things too like artery lumen diameter, not to mention the elasticity of the tissue itself. i do agree that jelqs are awesome and imo should be the foundation of everyones pe regime.
 
Well I guess it is true also that I don't completely abstain from PC exercises. Whenever I edge I hold off ejactulation as long as possible and whenever Jelqing I use it to help keep blood in my shaft. But that doens't really count/ is enough to be considered a routine it is?:s Either way I'm getting results.
 
^ Are you saying you don't agree with me? Shit...... I would tell you how much I've gained but I'm too scared to pic up the tape yet. Then that just makes me sound like I'm making false claims. I'll repost my measurements later. I just don't want to measure quite yet and find out I haven't gained at all and get discouraged and quit. I'm pretty sure I have but alas.... I don't have proof yet. :cool:
