I'll be following this thread myself. Permanent girth gains have been VERY hard for me. When I do Uli's and DLD Bends, I swell up to nearly 6 inches in girth but, of course, it eventually goes back down to my regular 5.25" mid-shaft and 5.75" base. I wish I could figure out how to make my post-workout girth actually become my permanent, cemented girth.
 
JEFF,Talk with RED, he knows how to get girth. he has helped me with great advice. Im doing a trail and error with my current routine and havent found what works but when I do, I will inform everyone who has trouble gaining girth like us.

Have you tried SLOW SQUASH JELQS? I made tremendous gains using them.
 
To gain girth think ''I must make my cock alittle thicker than it was in my last session'' and keep going for that and I PROMISE you gains will be made. Its simple, dont complicate things.

DLD, yeah, I've slowly been adding in some [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] to my routine and get super expansion after I do about 20-30 minutes worth. I just wish that post workout expansion would stay all the time.

Here's what I have been doing lately:

15 minute warm up
-15 minutes of slow wet jelqs at about 75% hard-ness
-15 minutes of stretching--straight out and adding in a few of those "mandingo" bundled stretches that Blue-Whale taught us.

Then a couple of times per week, I add in the slow squash jelqs and a few bends. I do these clamped since my hands get all cramped up easily.

DLD and RED, I really need to not overlook the mental/visualization part of Penis Enlargement as it's very important. Thanks for the input.
