I also would love it if you could tell me which exercises cover all bases so I can streamline my workout. Also, how many sets of each? Is it a matter of the 30 second to the right, 30 seconds to the left, etc. of manual stretches (which I have difficulty making headway with)? How long do I hold the stretches for? I can't seem to find a workout, only the videos (which are great).

It's not like that. It's close to your body below the base. You grab the "inner penis shaft" between you legs. You pull the shaft away putting tension on ligs. You arent stretching the penis, you are stretching the ligs that connect to your pubic bone.

I do this. You can also try another trick I have that whilst I stretch I give a deep massage to the ligs and inner penis. Pushing, pulling and manipulating these areas in conjunction with stretches seems to be a great proposition.
