Hot water bottle 10mins before workout and during workout while hanging

Yes a basic beginners routine when i first started out,worst mistake you can make is to try and do to much to soon.

Now twice daily only taking a day off when i have to,when i first started once a day.

4. What do you emphesize more, stretches or jelqs?

Both are equally important,don't neglect either.

5. Do you use some kind of visualization? if yes, in what way?

No

6. What were the first signs of growth? and when did the gains start to show?

Increased erection strength after about two weeks,got first inch in 6 months

7. How much have you gained in total?

Don't no havn't measured in the past 5 months

I emphasize stretching with devices over jelqing and jelqing over manual stretching

1. Whenever I jelq, yes. 10 minute warmup with hot washcloth.
2. Pretty much for the first five months--then I turned to mostly stretching
3. Every day. I stretch throughout the day off and on. Whenever I feel my penis slightly engorged, and if I'm in a place where I can stretch, I do a minimum of ten minutes to up to an hour.
4. I emphasize stretches much more now because I continue to get small gains in girth, even with the stretches.
5. In a way, yes. I visualize a stronger erection and a healthier cock. I don't visualize a bigger one or a specific size goal.
6. My woodies became stronger almost immediately. The first signs came within a couple of weeks. But I didn't measure any real gains until month three, when I gained over an inch.
7. I've pretty much doubled the size of my flaccid hang--from 4" to 8"--most days. It does turtle occasionally. As long as I work out every day, it hangs between 7.5" and 8.5".

It's very hard for me to put a specific number on my erect gains because they fluctuate so, depending on the time of day, whether I'm standing, lying down, etc. and several other factors too complicated to go into here. But I gained two and a half inches over about a five month period and then lost half of that when I cut back on my routine after six months. Obviously my gains were not made "concrete."

So my concrete, measurable gains in BPenis EnlargementL at this time are somewhere between an inch and an inch and a half. I do get much longer measurements when I rise in the morning with a maximum woody but I haven't been able to document them so far, so I won't claim them until I have a clear pic to prove my claim.

Yeah, used to use a hot flannel for about 5 minutes, keeping it hot throughout. Sometimes I'll do a session after a shower or during a bath in which case the hot water is the warmup. I've sometimes used a rice sock which is really cool, but depends on provacy levels.

At my best I reckon I've only ever done 6 or 7 days in a row. Over the past 3 months I reckon I've only averaged a session every 5 days or so.

In the past I always emphasized stretching as I was never into getting girth gains. At the moment though girth is really where it's at for me so I'd have to say jelqs at the moment.

Nope.

You can feel yourself getting bigger, it just hangs fuller. I reckon gains came within the first few months but I can't remember exactly.

Probably just over 1.5 inch in length and 1 inch in girth.
