First of all, i just want to say that i'm really sicked that your back!:)
I understand you've had a lot on your plate, but its good to have you back around!
And just want to say thanks to the mods they've been really helpful and very informative! thanks guys!;)

Ok, so now onto my question, DLD back in 2009 i joined the site, bought the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]dvd[/words] and gained 1 inch in length and .5 i girth, form 6x4.5 to 7x5''
After that i developed that cord dick thing where i could feel any stretch outward, it was like there was no elasticity, like pulling a wire, so i stopped.
but recently my interest in P.E. has sparked due to person issues, and i really want to make it to 8x6, so that's an inch in both length and girth.
Now i know it can be done i a year as im pretty sure i remeber you saying that you almost gained this in the first 6 months, and i was just wondering if you think that one of the reasons you've gained so incredibly (besides the compulsion i know you deal with regularly) is because when you train, your training everyday of the week?
And also i would just like to know if you think my gains are possible, and i would REALLY appreciate any little nugs of information you have about training 7 days on, that you might not have shared or thought important because most people don't train so extreme.

My approach to gaining is very aggressive and when I am in gaining mode I am using every part of the day to get something in. The new version of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] to be released multitasks even more than now. The new exercises are very powerful, the new equipment is priceless. Just as in my compulsive beginning stages I still retain that obsessiveness today, if I want something I am going to get it and get it as fast as possible.
 
So you believe it really a matter of how much time and intensity you put in to you to you routine rather then the traditional approach of workout/rest.

I plan on doing a phase one stretching routine in the AM and a high intensity girth routine with clamping and different squeezes/SSJ in the PM, no device, all just manual like back in the old days.
Do you believe this is enough to get where im aiming in a short period of time like 6 months to a year?
Also, could you please further explain a little why you believe everyday training to be the most beneficial, i know understand the method of using different portions of the day to constantly increase the intensity, but why do you you believe this is a great way to make gains?

The Penis has very little to heal in the sense that it needs extended breaks. We are dealing with mainly spongy tissue and skin that is created to stretch, expand and become larger naturally, helping it out each day will only increase it's abilities to become larger. Breaks are more geared towards muscular workouts where there is the need for healing of the muscles before they are attacked again, with the penis muscle is not present in this way so the type of rest we need is not the same. I think a break in pe is more for those who become overly sore from the daily workouts and from there they deduct days to accommodate for this but over time they too will become used to the intensity and be able to hit training daily. In most cases in pe the soreness will be ligaments and tunica soreness and this type of pain usually sums up in about 12-24 hours but you can work through it, if it is not too sore. I only took breaks if I had an injury or I was deconditioning for a new routine.
