Im 5.5 around unclamped. When I'm in the clamp, the most expansion i get is .25inches.

How do people get expansions of about 1inch? Is it solely due to the blood collected in the penis or lymphic liquid?
 
Many factors not limited to better circulation, a penis that is more conditioned to being exercised in that manner (such as mine) and a strong PC muscle to perform kegels and push that new blood in. Other aspects are technique mainly along with the arousal level which must be maintained.

Clamping, Constricting, Uli's, Tourniquet or whatever else its branded as will work and bring real gains but it has to be mastered and isnt a case of slapping a band on and sitting with an erection like some men think. You have to keep aroused which can be difficult at times, peform the exercises you want for the purpose your Penis Enlargement'ing for i.e. head gains, length or girth etc.

So with me now I notice my erection and especially recently the semi erection looks fuller and lasts longer. The 'endurance' if you like to the penis increases and in time you see greater size with sessions which in tail lead to more gains and permanent results.

Yes indeed! Always shoot for a bit more expansion with every session. It is the constant expansion that cements girth gains.
 
Try clamped horse squeezes and that'll change. There are a few exercises that are simply reliable when it comes to gains, because they bring pure expansion; the horse squeeze is one of them imo...

I have to agree with Red - he has added hugely valuable resource to this site in the clamping section - Since I started to clamp, I have always jelqed, squeezed etc my dick rather than just put on the clamp and sit there. You have to be careful - but like all Penis Enlargement, the more you Penis Enlargement the more in tune to your cock you become - you know when to ease off and when to increase intensity. Clamping is a great way to increase girth
 
I do them clamped and sure it feels like the dick will blow but you have to back off some.
So do you move the clamp from the base towards the head and push with the other hand from the head towards the base? Sounds intense as hell :S
 
No. The clamp stays where it is at the base. I suspect that the people getting 1 inch are getting a lot of fluid buildup. Usually I get .25 expansion as well, but have been up to .5 with some fluid in there. Also, if i measure the part right above the clamp then sure, it will be closer to 1 inch expansion, but theres a lot of skin and the clamp is kinda tilted so i can measure a greater cross section of the penis.
