Brief introduction

I used to Penis Enlargement in the past (around 2 years ago) and was generally pretty solid on my routines, had my bad times and the good. I eventually slowly stopped Penis Enlargement due to business and with me never really making the effort for a come back. After 2 years now i feel motivated again to start a fresh with Penis Enlargement and try and meet my first target of 7"x5". I will post of offical measurements tomorrow just to double check there correct.
Routine wise i will start with a variation of DLD's beginner routine. I will be aiming for both girth and length whilst performing a 6-1 routine. The 6-1 routine may become 7-0 depending on my spare time as my day off is when i have studys all day and work all evening.

As you can see not much change at all really just a tad more girth. After a month or so il start incorporating more exercises etc and maybe get back into hanging in afew months. Any advice is apprieated and i would just like to say thanks to DLD for keeping that routine up there.
Will be also buying DLDs paysite membership tomorrow.
 
Thanks for the input, i will start my routine on Monday 5th June and will measure monthly. Will post back when ive started.

Started stretching today and some positions just seemed really uncomfortable, i however tried to not let this damage my routine too much but had to keep it real basic.

500 wet jelqs with isolated compressions every 100.

Overall it was nice to start doing a routine again but i didnt feel too 'worked', will try more tomorrow and will consider re-vising the routine.
 
Just finished todays routine and it felt better than the prevous, however still not quite satisfied. My penis doesnt feel that 'worked', i mean its a tad sore but it just doesnt feel worked..not quite sure how to describe it.

Bit of a better result today, although i dont think i did as much as my prevous two days the base of my penis feels lightly sore which is always a good sign.

Today i generally consider as my day off as i have very little time spare on Thursdays. However i did manage to fit in a 20-25min girth routine, generally just comprising out wet jelqs, dual jelqs,ulis and 440s. Not a bad workout but it was just a our of the blue routine before i had a bath.

Back to the length routines today and i have to say ive just had the best workout ive had since i started back. Since i started back ive lacked the 'worked' penis feeling, as in i never got sore at the base or anything. I figured this may be down to intensity so ater reading the post by DLD on pulse stretching i gave it ago. However i did not use these in conjunction with A stretchers but instead the crouching stretch and they certainly helped with the soreness part.

I had to stop early as my hands just couldnt grip anymore, something i need to work on.
 
Ive been out of Penis Enlargement for the past two days due till illness and when i went to do todays routine it hurt my penis pretty bad. IM uncut and the little bit of skin connecting to head head really hurt no matter how i stretched, due to this i had to knock my length routine on the head. However to make sure i didnt lose too much rythem i decided for a chance and did some girth work.

My flaccid hang is looking pretty dam nice at the moment and when doing my erect work it seemed just bigger, but we will have to wait and see. If it still hurts tomorrow i will go over some erect length work to get back on track.

My flaccid hang is starting to look pretty nice, length wise, im thinking of incorporating some erect stretchs to try and convert this more to EL.
 
Early last week i noticed that the bit of skin between my glans and shaft really hurt when stretching (im uncut) and decided to give it a days break and apply some vitamin e. However as i should have expected a day turned into more and before i noticed a week had gone down the drain. I predicted this would have happened somewere down the line, but not so soon. Anyway im not going to de-motivate myself on the fact i lost a weeks Penis Enlargement, the fact is my penis does look longer so im hopefull. However its safe for me to say that i enjoy doing girth work alot more than length and in an aid to get me back into the swing of things im going to consentrate on girth for the next 2 weeks, therefore extending my measurment date.

About the routine?

I dont have a solid routine yet, however it will definatly involve clamping, starting at 10 mins clamped for the first week and 15 the second. My routine will last around 30-40 mins not including a warm up / warm down.

Today i started my girth work with no set routine.

200 slow semi erect jelqs
20 dual dry jelqs, (will increase the amount over time)
10 min clamped session, will a constant slow jelq with uli's and 440s
100 slow semi erect jelqs

Seems small i know but it did take at least 30 mins and afterwards my pump was very meaty and will hopefully motivate me to keep this up.
 
Slight changes i guess, as you can see ive started girth work for a while. Routine wise i am chaging to aim for at least 5 sessions a week with no set days, thus giving me mre flexability. Im going to perspone by measurment day untill Monday 10th to make for for lost routines.

The past week ive done 4/5 routines so i slacked slightly

Despite my lac of posting im slowly trotting along, this past week i have been just small jelqing routine to hopefully help my penis settle back to a 'normal' state before measuring. Ive measured once afew days ago and results seem to show ive gained, however i will remeasure again tonight before i declear offical gains.

Onto other news my full routine will commence again starting Monday 17th July and measurement day will be decided later.
