if I was trying to achieve length gains from pumping with a thin cylinder, would it be more useful to pump with high pressure (about 10-15Hg) spiking higher to lower for about a 30 minute session (2x15 min sets) or would I gain length better if I pumped for 1 hour (3x 20 min sets) at around the 3-5 hg mark (7 hg at most for a matter of seconds). what are your guys thoughts? or if neither is optimal for length gains what do you think I should do?
