Photoshop Experts: Is This Real?

Nah. you can tell from shadows on the thumb and the ruler. They don't match, They should both be blurred or they both should have a hard edge.

The picture is definately fake... it's difinitely looks significantly edited
 
That looks like a John Holmes dildo in a adult entertainment/sex toy shop I go to on occasion. Totally fake. It's definately photoshopped. Not even remotely real. If it's real, it's NOT 10.5". Oh, and I think he forgot to correct the shadow on ruler accordingly the thumb shadow.
 
Looking at it now properly as I was getting a blow job earlier...
I say with certainty that it is fake and have been altered to make them look larger. Dont fret over it, nothing special.

Oh god, please I don't want anything over 9". The ideal size (NBP) is between 7"-8.5". Girth is what matters.
 
Sharp lines. Repeating patterns. Odd color changes. Items "in the way" that might help obscure splicing. Shadows that don't match or exist. Reflections in furniture that reveal the truth.
