Okay guys, could use some help. I'm soooo deflated over the trouble I'm having. Though I've been known to be all thumbs for a variety of reasons, I tried to follow the instructions to the letter. So like so many people have had issues with, it didn't take long for the large and medium condoms to rip. Honestly I should have just taken them out and ripped them right then and on purpose, knowing that it was only a matter of time.

So I bought the thirty six inch balloons as a replacement and they fit well... BUT, I cannot keep myself in. I put the glans cover on, get the head in the bulb, pump it, and if I'm even able to get it all tied together I'll eventually slip out... And that's if I can even do so without loosing suction \ pressure right away. I've read the powder method doesn't really work, I tried moistening the glans cover to get it in but even with the balloons acting as the condoms I can't keep keep any kind of pressure.

So, first, any advice. Second, if its just something I'm doing or something isn't working right, does it matter if the head even stays in the bell? As long as I can stay inside it without too much constriction, isn't that what counts?

Anyway thank you in advance and please let me know guys as I want to get on this!

I had the original condom and it started slipping after a while. I had to re-pump it a few times, while wearing it.
I fixed the slipping by replacing the condom with the AB Silicone sleeve. To get a better seal. I cut the tip off of a big toe silicone cap and placed it behind the gland cap overlapping it by 1/8". With this setup I only need 1 pump, to hold me in.

I just received the autoextender cap and it is longer than the, so no need to use 2 caps. I will be using it today and report back tomorrow.

@1Sepp - Hey thanks for the help. Yes please keep me posted on what you found.

In the meantime anyone else have these issues. Unless I got a lemon, and knowing my luck I wouldn't doubt it, there has to be an answer. Hopefully!

Thanks for this option it seems to be a recurring issue.

The autoextender cap has its pros and cons.

The pros:
It is longer, so there is no need to use the cut toe cap.
It is a lot thicker.
The inside has a ring in the middle of its length. I believe it is supposed to land behind your coronal ridge, to prevent it from slipping off.

The cons:
It is thicker. I had to go from the medium bell to the large bell. If you are already using the large, you might be SOL.
The ring might not be far enough to land behind your coronal ridge. This happened to me. It landed in front and dug into my gland.

The thickness I thought was very good, because it acts like a gasket between my shaft and the Silicone sleeve. The only problem I had was the ring. It was a little uncomfortable. I wore it for 4.5 hours, and the worst it felt was something like a slight stinging/itchy feeling.

This was my first day with it. Next time I will try to put it on with a semi erect penis. This way I can try to stretch it past my ridge. I am thinking that by stretching it that way; it will compress my gland enough to solve my gland problems.

@1Sepp - Sounds good, even with the cons. And you had no problems so far with the suction? I mean is the only reason I'm having problems because of the condoms, and now balloons? I know you can't necessarily answer that but I'm just throwing it out there. Anyway thanks for the update!

I never had problem with the New [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxs1KyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hM T7UNDVYrKMpMsbWwUEsuLS7Jz40vLinKzEu3VbIGXDDflBIx]Phallosan[/words] condoms... However, here are the pictures of my [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxs1KyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hM T7UNDVYrKMpMsbWwUEsuLS7Jz40vLinKzEu3VbIGXDDflBIx]phallosan[/words] with Autoextender soft-tick sleeve.

Are you using the unbreakable [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxs1KyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hM T7UNDVYrKMpMsbWwUEsuLS7Jz40vLinKzEu3VbIGXDDflBIx]Phallosan[/words] condom?

@tbone350 - Hey, the pics you attached didn't work and I'd like to see how you did it. I tried two different browsers and no go.

But yes, I used what was sent with the system and the large one broke first and then the medium. Having read a bunch of reviews but deciding to go with it, I should have just assumed I would have the same luck!

The autoextender comes in 6 different softness. Most people use the blue medium. I have them all. They came with their [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] system. Right now I'm using their weights with the AB Silicone sleeve. It feels more durable, but I'm not 100% sure since I haven't used them.

Their gland cap doesn't work for me. I streached it so the ring was behind my ridge, but it ended up in front and digging into me.

What I'm going to try next is: cut the tip off and use it in place of the toe cap. I'll turn it inside out so the ring will be facing out. Until then I'm going back to the regular cap and toe cap.

I don't have any slippage issues, since I've been using the toe cap as a sort of gasket between the sleeve and my shaft. Give it a try.

I forgot to mention that since the autoextender sleeves aren't as firm. They are a lot easier to roll up and get it around the bell. Especially the large bell. With the AB Silicone I have to remove the pump to roll the sleeve over the bell.

Tip. The larger the bell the more of the sleeve you want on it. If it is too little, it will continue roll towards the pump and end up kind of inside out. I cut my sleeve to 5 inches. 1 inch for the bell and 4 for my shaft.

Glad to hear of a good modification. Good tip on the bell.

@1Sepp - Hey, great information. I got the sleeves today and guess what, still have suction issues. Tried it with the glans sleeve and without, even tried putting a tissue in there and still lost suction. It was promising at first but as soon as I started moving around, just light stuff, began having suction issues.

So my question is, do you think your toe cap idea will work with my issues? Any other suggestions? And if you think they will help, like I'm five years old, tell me exactly to buy!:} Thanks again!

Welp, over four hundred now and still no go. Got the sleeves today, the large ones, not snug enough for almost thirty but naturally can't return them.

Tried powder as well, nothing. Put a cotton in the ball with the powder, with the glans cap on and off, had some success with one cotton ball and no glans cap but then the slightest bit of moving around and bam, loose suction.

Soooooo, sink another thirty into this and go for the smaller sleeves?!?L:{

Of course you can return them or ask them to send you smaller ones. This product is guaranteed.

Oh DLD, you're assuming I'm not an idiot... See, I ordered it in early January and after almost three months of trying I finally get to this point! The shame is trust me, I want it to work, the money spent COULD be well worth it, however I just don't know at the moment.

So what say you DLD? Think I should just go for the smaller sleeves and sink another thirty in?

Try the toe cap or autoextender cap. The autoextender is a lot better and more comfortable. I cut the tip of the autoextender cap, and use it inside out on my shaft behind the gland cap. The autoextender cap is very soft and squishy and will compress around your shaft making a very good seal. The silicone sleeve and autoextender, silicone one silicone will also make a good seal. This should fix your problem. Before this I had to keep checking and re-pump.

Have you tried the medium. The large might be too big. I don't use the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words] sleeve. It stretches out and doesn't hold as well. Especially for me since I wear it for many hours. Get the autoextender or AB Silicone.

Another thing to consider is that you may have a defective bell or pump. Try using a different bell.

@1Sepp - Hey, well so far so good, FINALLY. Got my small AB Silicone "VacExtender/VacADS/VacHanger Small Sealing" today in the mail, and after some trouble shooting so far so good.

I'm in it two hours now and no slippage or pressure issues, in the large bell with the small silicone sleeve. So it was obviously the condoms. Now, I should add, I did contact PF and they are sending me out new sleeves, so I will certainly try them again. Though I'm not expecting any better luck, at least they responded and hopefully I'll get the replacements.

It's interesting too because I cut the sleeve to a bit smaller than the standard size of the PF condom, maybe half, so that might be helping too. Anyway, HERE'S HOPING things stay the way they are!

Oh, also, quick question... I thought it necessary to only have the glans inside the bell and not much more. I had a hell of a time getting just the glans to stay in with too much or too little. But after watching the video it does appear that it's okay if more than just the glans is in the bell. Also, I'm not using the glans cap and I'm wondering what I can expect if that's the case.

So I guess I want to double check... It is okay to have more than just the glans in the bell? And what will happen, and or is it necessary, to wear the glans cap?

Here are my [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Phallosan[/words] videos. I use an ABS silicone sleeve I purchased through ebay. You can wrap something around the condom as well such as a rubber band or velcro strap. This will hold the condom against your skin allowing for suction to remain. The key will be experimenting and making sure you don't apply it to tight and cut off circulation. You just need to apply a gentle pressure so the condom is gently held against the penis not allowing air to leak.

@youknowme123321 - Too funny, I was JUST watching your videos and wanted to see if you had posted recently, and here you are!

Now I noticed when you put yourself in the bell, you seemed to just put your glans in, where as the PF video went below the glans. So I'm curious if you just put the head of your penis in or if it's okay to put more in?

I only ask because I have the silicone sleeve, the small one, and it's a pain in the ass to roll and put around the larger bell, to the point I had to use a smidge of hand cream to get myself in okay.

At 2:47 into this video I show and say how I place my glans all the way in the bell. It does go slightly below my glans. It's ok to put more in. What size bell do you use? I use the large. What silicone sleeve do you use? The one I use is easy to roll up.

Okay cool, and yes I did check out your videos, pretty much a must see for anyone thinking about buying or actually using one! So far I'm using the largest bell and using the small silicone sleeve.

So far I've gotten the hang of using the sleeve now but it's actually quite short, only two inches total so less than that on my shaft, maybe 1.25 or 1.50 on the actual shaft. But so far so good with suction and stability.
