Sleeves are on ebay or Amazon. Type in pump sleeve or penis sleeve or silicone sleeve. It should come up. Usually around 12-15 bucks for one.
The slipping might be to large of a bell, or improper use or not enough vacuum. You gotta go into detail about how you apply your PF. Then we can help you further.

That is fine. Many of us have different experiences with various PE products. I will now delve further into my experience with autoextender sleeves rather then just saying they're good or they suck or that someone else says they're good or they suck like we both did.
I have used both the blue large VacHanger sealing sleeves and the pink/reddish large hard sleeves. I used them for vachanging as well as the first layer of my wrap with compression style hanger/stretcher.When used as the first layer I would then cover it with sports pre wrap and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words]. I never experienced any tearing or holes in the sleeves. I have been rotating through the 4 autoextender sleeves I have for many months. Some I cut shorter.
I currently am using the blue sleeve that comes on the lghanger. It is holding up very well. Hopefully it will continue to. One of my autoextender sleeves is already cut to the perfect size to use along with my lghanger when I am just using it for an all night stretch while I sleep and not with water for hanging more weight. For night use I apply my glans cap. Then I apply the autoextender blue sealing sleeve so that it overlaps the glans cap and I roll it down my shaft. I then put on the lghanger and roll down its sleeve over the autoextender sleeve. The lghanger sleeve rolls about 2cm past the autoextender sleeve allowing it to seal to my shaft. I then take a short piece of the autoextender pink/reddish hard sleeve that I cut to a small size over both sleeves to create a tighter seal. I'll have a video of this next month available.
I will add that I take very good care of these sleeves. They are never stored near anything that could possibly effect their integrity. Before I use them I warm them up so that the silicone is softer and easier to work with. If the silicone is cold it is more likely to tear or a hole to occur. It is essential to take great care of silicone sleeves if you want them to last a good amount of time.
