Hi there to all, i followed a natural enlargement program for about 5 weeks and suddenly, one i could do the pc exercise any more as i lost my erection.
i call the costumer support and they advise me to stop 4 a week. But after a week, i couldn't and i went to see my doctor who advise me to stop everything as i beleive that such things don't as they aren't scientifically proven. So i'm coming to this forum i found 2 days ago to seek some advises. Also i have another problem with the skin of my penis has crumpled and the doctor can't provide anything to help. Any suggestion? now i can say that my erection is back by 80%. But my msin problem now is what the doctor told me. i'm quite reserve now with exercise as i'm confused at the moment

MY personal experience with intense stretching was negative. I wore one for a long time 500 hours at least and got nothing. I didn't even get sore. With manual stretching i do.

I still have my stretcher and only use it now to measure my stretched length. So far I have added bars to it, so I know something is happenning :)

Is the jelqing better to done with the penis at 60%, 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% erected? Have been told that i got injured because of the amount of pressure i was putting on the penis and how erected i was. I was jelqing at 90%, 95% erected.
What about doing doing the exercise combining with pills and stoping wearing the device? Thanks in advance
 
It's sounds like maybe just some extreme fatigue. Do a search on positive and negative feedback signs.

Like some others said a good vitamin E cream or good aloe cream should heal you up pretty fast.

Since you're fairly new at manual pe start jelqing at like 50% until you feel more conditioned to jelq at a higher rate. There's never a need to jelq as high as you were.
