Both can be used moderately with the 5x5x3 routine (see link in my sig) with SSJs so fluid retention is avoided as best you can, and expansion maximized.

Its the moderately part where guys fail with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. The mindset that a good hard burn means somethings happening, so they overpump and get those side effects. Meanwhile using Dlds 5x5 routine, plenty of results are reported without fluid retention or discoloration.

Heres the deal between these pumping systems. Every guy will have an opinion and every opinion seems to differ on which one they like best. They are both great products. I can say this because I have and have USED both. I wouldnt give up or sell either. On the horizon for [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] are supposed to be some really exciting things happening. New products and attachments.

With the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] as loveherdeeply said most guys get overzealous and overpump. This can cause fluid retention and discoloration. Both of which go away. If you arent used to pumping this is overly aggressive and should be avoided. I have been a fan of dry pumping for years and my body adapts to this very quickly without negative results. Because I am used to pumping I do have to say I prefer the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] models. The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] if used properly(both models and companies have a learning curve) will warrant very noticeable girth gains the first time you use it properly. They will be temporary at first but lead to permanent gains pretty quickly.

The truthful answer to your question is noone can know which one YOU will like best. They are both great and if financially possible I would recommend trying them both.

Depending on your start size you could cheaply buy a Used [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Herc[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and give it a go. Some guys sell them for $50 which would tell you for a reasonable cost if pumping would work for you.

*caveat* I know nothing about The Penomet, but have extensive experience w/BM and MityVac...both have their advantages and I employ them at different points during my routine(s).
I use the BM exclusively in the shower w/a hybrid 5X3X5 system along with 'dynamic' pressure/pumping...I acheived the majority of my gains via this method.
The MityVac was instrumental in breaking-through a 'plateau' at 8" (I'm consistently at 21 cm or just over 8 1/4" in the cylinder) and pump daily for 30 minutes to an hour while lounging (which is the biggest advantage).
The goal is 9" in the cylinder while maintaining 7" girth and in the last few weeks I've experimented w/straight-up (torard my navel) stretching under pressure in the MityVac...seems to be helping in getting to my max much quicker/easier...taking this as a positive sign cuz getting to 9" is a beeotch

I've been a very aggressive pumper from the day I received my X40 (and especially since I modded it)

Approximately...my 'before' measurements weren't exactly scientific, but that's a pretty close estimate +/- 1/8"-1/4"

I measured 6 inches in mid shaft girth as at end of June 2023. This means by June 2024 next year I will be at 7 inches mid shaft girth. But I'm giving myself until end of 2024 to fully max out the 2.5 cylinder. I'm focusing more on the part of the penis beneath the glans, that's the part that progresses slower than the mid shaft.
