I have been wondering...

A lot of people made length gains with just 20 minutes of stretching everyday, and jelqing ofcourse. If you compare that 20 minutes to 4 hours, those guys who wear [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], should have way more gains then manual stretchers.... or not?

When i stretch, i do it pretty intensive. I always feel the stretch in my penis. I never weared an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], so i dont know how intensive they are, but if they are at the same intensity level, how do manual stretching give same gain as [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Penis [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extenders[/words][/words]?
 
The idea is to do manual stretching and wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] to quicken your gains. Either one will bring gains, it is those who use both that will gain fastest.

I haven't been able to do this as the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] is too uncomfortable for me for that. Maybe it's my wrapping? However, I do my stretching in bed watching tv before going to sleep, and then putting on my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. I get 30-45 mins of intense stretching and then an hour or two of extending.

I'm wondering the same thing. Would [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] before stretching be better than vice versa? Bottom line is effort = gains, but there sure must be some ways more efficient than others.

Manual stretching is muuuuch more intense than an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. An [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] basicly keeps penis elongated, not stretching it beyond it's limits. The stretching feeling is completely different from one to the other.

Both type of stretching are effective in their own way. I say do both.

After a session is done and the penis retracts to it's normal size it is not truly taking advantage of the tissue breakdown. This actually makes some sense. Hum. My [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] brought, I may have give this anther try. One of the problems is [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] tend to be uncomfortable. I had an inexpensive one and I couldn't do much with it on.
