Do you guys who work put do pe before or after lifting ? I know when I lift my penis retracts . I'm guessing because all the blood goes to your muscle. But I notice when I do yoga it stays steched am I missing out doing it this way?
 
Alright I can completely answer your question as I lift heavy weights and do Penis Enlargement. To be honest I do Penis Enlargement from sunrise to sunset (not exagerating). I lift M/W/F then do strong man event practice on Sundays then yoga and cardio On Tue/Thur/Sat

I just sold my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words] actually. I didn't like it very much I've been thinking about getting a [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] it seems it would be more comfortable

I go extremely heavy in the gym too, and I can tell you that this does work, no bull. The only potential problem is when the bar is near crotch level (deadlifts, shrugs, rows, etc) that it might get sort of uncomfortable. On the bright side, you might even get a few looks from the ladies!

LOL! I know what you mean ha ha! Tuesday I was pulling 425 x 5 on my last set of deads and if I wasn't wearing tights, I definitely could see where the bandage would be a problem if wearing loose underwear. I usually wear sweat pants anyway, but the tights really helped keep things in place and out of the way lol.

I wrap it a little tighter then normal before the gym, as I've never had to go pee during a session. Go hard and sweat everything out, and I'm drinking at least a gallon of water the hour that I'm in there. I have one bandage for the gym and one for home.
 
Are you guys re wrapping at the gym ?

Also when you wear it normal during the day do you re wrap . Me walking away every 15 min during work wouldn't be to good for my employment status . Maybe just a lighter wrap that i can keep on for a hour or so ?

I lifted today and really gonna have to wear my compression shorts under my shorts . The squat rack is right by the group fitness room . The yoga class was getting out and got a few looks

I have to re-wrap at the gym. I'll go the restroom and re-wrap before I begin my warm-up. I try not to re-wrap again until I'm done, but usually have to use the restroom 1 or 2 times (a lot of fluid drinking throughout the day), so I re-wrap then. I've got about 3 or 4 wraps. They sell them in the 99 Cent store, so it's affordable.

Seriously though, try doing girth in the morning before you have done exercise, do length at night when you're not in the mood at night to get a good session in!
 
I had a blooper a few hours ago in the gym. I was doing hang snatches in the outdoor area. When I was done, I looked down on the ground and noticed that my wrap had came off! I was wearing boxers and loose sweats, and I was hitting crotch height with the bar, which is probably why I didn't notice. Nobody saw it though (wasn't crowded outside), as that would have been some awkward explaining.
