On the 6" Side of things

I first noticed a change in my girth just before new years. I had gone about a week with no Penis Enlargement and no adult entertainment. Slept with two different chicks in that time who said I felt really thick and filled them up.

My glans seemed bigger as well but I couldn't get to a tape rule. Got home and decided I'd measure and I was at 6 inch girth. It has been a month now and I decided I'd measure again today and I am still at 6EG so I finally made the leap from 5.75 to 6 and for me that is a big step. My last gain was last christmas (2003/2004).

Thanks to SWM for the theory on warming up before AND during as I am sure that those are what pushed me over the hill I had been stuck on for so long. Only have half an inch in girth left to go until I reach my goal. I will be taking a break from girth but I've got about 10 more brand Cialis tablets left so that is quite a few more sessions so I will go hard with those and hopefully make a slight gain.

This is my year to gain, I can feel it

I take Cialis just like you but before was taking Viagra, Cialis works better for me.

Also I would only do my routines on days when I was really horny and go hard. I would go for half hour as hard as I could, then do a middle warm up then go back at it lightly for another half hour. I found that doing it when I am in the headspace instead of a 1on 1off or 2on1off etc.. works better for me.

Each morning before work I would do 20min of just horse squeezes using my hand as a clamp. Would do a couple hand clamp horse squeezes in the shower every now and then.

I drank tons of water, cut down on adult entertainment and lately I don't even need adult entertainment for my routines. I find I get more aroused reading erotic stories, or looking at semi clothed girls (Next door Nikki types) than I did watching adult entertainment.

That's really all I can think of that would have helped aside from adding DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s and SWM's heating during the session. I have been doing the clamps for about a year now but only doing them with a hose clamp since September.

Thanks guys for the comments. It feels good to finally gain after going a little over a year and seeing nothing. Although I did take some breaks here and there.
