So far, I've been doing 300 quick kegels per day since last saturday, and I'm not sure if I'm tensing the right muscle, or whats going on, because I've noticed no difference in erection quality, staying power, or anything else. Maybe its too early to tell? Dunno. Whenever I do a kegel, my penis pulls inward, balls raise, and it feels like theres a slight divot being created right above the base of my penis.

Way to early to tell. Kegels should be a staple in everyones pe work. They may not seem to do much in the beginning but after some time you will see why they are so important. Since their effectiveness is difficult to see you need to do them until the difference is felt and then you will never stop.

See, the way you said that, made me want to do them until I have like, a body builder PC muscle. You rock :)

Also, once you do have a highly developed PC, does it become physically visible? Also, say you have a month and a half of solid work on your PC, how far would you expect to get in relation to [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words]?
 
so far i've been doing kegels WHILE doing stretching doing DLD's basic stretch routine. definitely has made my erection quality much stronger

good thing I remembered that thread. I may start doing "resiflex". I have had the problem with trianing length before girth ruining my expasion during girth. They may be the way I can do them together.

Or a modification of this, with the Footlong stretches with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words]. Have the rope around your feet or an immovable object, lean back in your chair, and once you have some good tension going on in your ligs, do kegels, and make your PC pull yourself forward, or in a way that A, brings length gains, and B, brings PC gains.
 
hi all i have been working out for about 6 months consistently and have not noticed any gains (still hoping to make good gains)pls assist me cos i am getting discouraged.I started consistent working out by first of this year i actually made it part of my new year resolution to be consistent and make good gains this year but till now i have not noticed gains.i am 5.25 girth and 6.5 length. i am not too keen on make gain length but on girth.
this has been my routine i warm up with a mentholated hot ointment (i use this instead of a warm bath cos its more convenient and accesible to me)for about 5 mins till i get a reasonable firmness then i do kegal(jeliq) for 15 mins every day without missing (on days when i miss out i exercise 2 times of normal routine on other days).after working out i stretch for about 6 mins .
so i don't know why i have not still experienced my desired gains (still optimistic that with experienced guys here i will get there) if my routine is not good enough pls correct me.thanks in advance
 
I'm really glad to see you guys brought my threads up!! The Pelvic Floor Muscle Team started strong but after a while it became self motivated and eventually I couldn't hold it together.

Bluetard117, the Resiflexs can really only be done properly at the higher angles but by all means try and incorporate any upper angle stretch for resistance. The Resiflex routine will take you to a level where you will likely see improved strength weekly and if you are interested i would love to start back posting on the xPFMTx thread for motivation. Let me know if you or anyone is interested!
