ive been pein for awhilw now maybe 3 months on and off and when i first started inoticed it getting bigger butnow i think it stopped gaining my exercie routine is stretch up,down,left,right n straight out 1 min each for 5 times each

Flaccid stretching gives you more lig/tunica length to work with, jelqing and such will help fill in those flaccid gains to erect gains. Without the extra flaccid stretch slack it may be harder to get erect gains, but then everyone is different so... *shrugs*.wdis3 said:If your stretching flaccid than your only gonna get a flaccid gains..
