Hey Guys,

I'm new here and I've read quite a bit on the site, I've never really looked into this sort of thing before and its really interesting seeing a website like this, the people on here seem really helpful and active and thats awesome.

Anyway onto the subject at hand: I'd like to add a couple inches of length and at least a half inch of girth. Fast would be good if I could (I understand fast could be a timeline of a year or something) and I was just wondering what the best thing is to do for a newbie to get started? I can't really get any equipment to help me because I live at home and it would just be too awkward and obvious to get it past the parentals so all I've got basically is my hands and lubrication. I've had a little look at DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] but not a serious look yet.

So what can I do to help me achieve my goals?

Age: 18
BPenis EnlargementL: 6.5"
EG: 5"

Goals:
BPenis EnlargementL: 8" minimum
EG: 5.5" minimum

Do you guys think these goals are realistic? What kind of results can I expect? Thanks very much for your help!

May I suggest looking at the DLD [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. Its probs the best bet for all newbies. I never paid much attention to it but thats just me.

Just a hint. In my own experience, I have gained nearly an inch on length just from doing manuel girth exercises. I would suggest giving girth a real good go.

Your gains seem realistic. My gains are to be 6" of girth by the end of next year. I am currently 4.85" of girth. Just get down and do it.

Okay so just tried my first session, got a couple questions! Where do you grip when you're stretching? I couldnt get a good enough grip to stretch enough to feel anything. Also, when you're jelqing, for un circumsized guys should you foreskin be pulled back? Or do you just let it do whatever? I cant really see how you could stop it going up when you do the jelqing movement

You will want to grip just below the head. This will ensure that the entire shaft is being stretched. I think it is also important to do low shaft stretches too for Expressive Stretching following [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] Theory. Being uncut will make jelqing slightly different and you will need to find what works best for you since every guy is different. Some men have a lot of foreskin and some have less. In most cases men will retract the skin for stretching but jelqing could be different. I recommend trying different grips and strokes to find what works best for you. Hey KiwiGuy,

Not sure about other guys, but when Im jelqing I lightly grip at the base as my other hand gets near the top and just slide the skin down to the base so Im not pushing blood back down the shaft. That way I can start right at the bottom of my shaft and the skin will only move a bit with the jelq. You'll have to mess around with pressure a bit till you get it right, but I had the same problem and this seems to work well for me. There may be thoughts from other more experienced guys out there. Just keep doing the exercises and it'll pay off.

Oh and make sure you're well lubed up. Either Vaseline, (which may be easier to explain with you're living at home), or I've also found a lube called Wet Stuff Gold, which is good and easier to clean up than Vaseline and it has Vitamin E in it. You can get it online easy enough.

When I jelq, I need two hands. My foreskin is not particularly long so when I start a jelq my foreskin is always retracted. As I milk my way up to the head the foreskin bunches up just underneath the head, restricting my movement and possible expansion. It kinda hurts too. So as I milk my way up the shaft, I use my other hand to move the foreskin over the head as it starts to bunch up.
 
Yeah my foreskin goes quite a bit over the head, Im not sure if this is a bad thing or not? Thanks for the advice guys. Is stretching supposed to be difficult at first? Im finding it hard to be able to stretch properly without pain occuring.
 
8*5.5 is a very realistic and achievable goal over the next year as 8.6 is by far the most popular goal and we have had members make the gains you want in less than 6 months although you should target a year. The most important thing is to be consistent.

When it comes to stretching, i actually have the foreskin covering my head as i find it aids grip and it is the ligaments that we are targeting anyway.

When it comes to jelqing, i have a normal uncovered erection but try and avoid discomfort from a bunch up, so it does sometimes go over.

If the 'pain' is in the bottom of the penis then it may be a sign that you are indeed getting your ligaments. If you feel an ache at the base of your penis in the morning then you are doing the right thing.
 
Just had another session, stretching went alot better so thanks rakas! Only got through 1 1/2 sets of the recommended amount before I started experiencing a bit of pain so I stopped there and i'll build it up.

As for jelqing, is it okay to have the foreskin over the head? Its infinitely easier for me to just let it happen, no matter what I seemed to do it kept sliding up anyway haha. I dont experience discomfort when it does, so is that fine?

It should be fine, just make sure you are getting a huge head or expansion in the shaft.
 
Hmm still cant get these stretches right! If I hold behind the glans it just starts to hurt before I pull enough to feel the stretch, but obviously I dont wanna stretch by the foreskin or its likely to become turkey neck. any ideas?

You should try to use gloves to stretch, this helped me with the same issues. The best choices are leather gold/weight listing gloves, latex surgical gloves or even rubber dish gloves. You can also opt to use a light wrap to alleviate some of the pressure.
